I don't what idiot thought this was a good location for a bank but fore that jagoff. Keybank has zero ATMs to begin with in the area . They removed all the arms they when they built this bank. So I have to sit in traffic driving into the heart of Monroeville just to use the ATM. Which sucks even more because Key Bank restricts what you're allowed to use your debit card for.y family has 5 accounts here and it's time close them.

Absolute disappointment. Miscommunication between management and stuff. My dad opened a checking account and supposed to receive a bonus for signing up. (He met all the requirements written on the promo). Fast-forward 2.5 months no bonus and constant excuses about the manager being out. Unprofessional, bad customer service. Will be closing the accounts. Not to mention their online customer service is a waste of time.

Such an awful place to build this new branch. It's extremely difficult to enter an exit. Also very dangerous to cross 3 lanes of oncoming traffic. I waited 15 minutes in line at the drive thru with only one car in front of me that pulled up at the same time.

Every since monroeville mall and penn hills offices closed, it takes too long to do anything...access into the lot is dangerous and congested. My other bank I deal with is adding locations while you are closing them.

Worst bank ever, told me I could not withdraw money in my account with less to no explanation, I just smh and transferred all my money to another bank. A better management is needed asap

This bank completely screwed me on my PPP application. They failed to even submit it and now the branch manager LITERALLY said, 'ya, I don't know what happened' and there is no one at Key who taking calls or responsibility. What an awful experience at such a critical time. My business NEEDS ALL THE HELP IT CAN GET!! Any these guys just straight up failed and are like, 'ya, don't know what to say?'...I'm saying BY!!! MF'er SSTAY AWAY FROM KEY!!! They've consistently been a bad bank to deal with since taking over first Niagara. Key is based in CLEVELAND!!! I should've known better!!!! Going to a small regional bank.

I went here today and was told they are not taking any walk in service but they had a sign on the. door stating that you must have a mask on to enter by which I did have one on.Also the gentleman who came to the door started telling me about covid and a bunch of bs.I felt as though he was talking to me like I was a child.I didn't appreciate it. I've been a long time customer with key but I'm really considering going elsewhere because I really think this was a form of discrimination..I would have give 0 stars but I couldn't to write this review.This was the monroeville mall branch
