Great customer service in a clean, pleasant environment. Store was well laid out making it easy to select a frame for my glasses. Kevin was great! Very professional and the fitting process made me more confident in the lenses and that they will work well. Plenty of parking which made it easy to access the store.Update after receiving my glasses: What a smooth process! I was notified when the glasses came in, when I came into the store I was waited on immediately and Kevin made sure everything was fitted perfectly. Love the new glasses and prescription! I will definitely come back when I need new glasses.

It took them 50 minutes to process my lens exchange. I was exchanging less expensive lenses for more expensive ones - the difference was $200, so I should have owed that amount. They tried to charge me $600, which I disputed. Then they told me $180. But during the checkout, their computer was having issues, and they had to recalculate it - and tried to charge me $600 again. Five staff members were involved in this, and they were clearly miscommunicating with each other about what I was trying to do, as I had to re-explain it multiple times. They didn't even know which of the two lens pairs I had in my glasses, and which one they had already taken for the exchange. At long last, the manager stepped in and calculated things correctly, and charged me the correct amount. This whole process took 50 minutes. A really baffling, frustrating, and time-wasting experience.

Steven did a great job and is a life saver. He helped me order a new pair of glasses efficiently. I called the Ross Park mall location earlier and they told me they were unable to help me order glasses over the phone - I'm happy I gave Monroeville a call.

Assistant Manager Anthony Grimm was awesome to work with. He helped me find the appropriate frames for the prescription sunglasses I wanted to order as the frames I originally selected could not accommodate the lenses that I needed. He was sensitive to the price issue and got me a great deal. He was a super-nice guy, too. Great personality!

THE BEST!My husband and I went in twenty minutes before close and ended up finding two pairs of glasses for him. The staff still sat with us, went through insurance, measured etc even though it was past their closing time. They were friendly and cheery and educated us on any questions he had about lenses, discounts—everything.Their selection cannot be be beat either. We went to two other stores beforehand and the glasses were bland as well as the staff.Go straight to LensCrafters.And thank you to the two employees that took care of us!

After years of going to the same eye doctor with extremely long wait times, I switched to Lenscrafters a couple of years ago and all of my experiences with them have been wonderful. Dr. Andrews is very thorough and all the staff are friendly. Highly Recommend!
