I bought a refrigerator - the delivery process was a mess. We were given a 12-4 window at the store. At 8:10 PM the night before delivery I received a text stating my delivery window was now 8-12. I called the store but they have no control over the delivery schedule and the delivery company was closed for the day. The delivery guys were nice and pleasant but they failed to level the refrigerator. Twenty minutes and several phone calls later, the delivery guys were too far away to return and now I have to schedule a new appointment to get the refrigerator leveled. For now, I put some cardboard under the wheel. I'll never make a major purchase at Lowe's again.

I made a call to the Lowe's store in Monroeville. I asked about a Carpet cleaning product I wanted . I was Informed the product was in stock.
I took a half hour ride to get to the store only to find the product was not in stock. I was informed the product had to be ordered and then shipped to the store. I went to the customer service to ask about The product the lady working the Service desk walked me back to the area I already checked she said this is what we have and walked away.
I Felt she was really aggravated with me.
Sorry for any inconvenience to her.
Problem fixed drove down the street and went to Home Depot

Renovating our home and doing attic insulation. Have a trailer today to purchase all the attic cat insulation, about 1500$ in insulation. The attic cat is free for 24hrs with purchase of 20 bundles of their insulation. However, the time starts from when you purchase the insulation. Lowe’s will not budge. I called Home Depot, they were more flexible, as long as I had my receipt I could rent the attic cat free for 24hrs at a day/time convenient for me. The manager was even included in the conversation and would not make an exception. As such they lost business to their competitor down the road Home Depot. Also the prices are the same. So for your home insulation needs I would recommend Home Depot.

Had a breaker go bad. After some google research I headed to this location with my breaker panel info and grabbed the proper breakers. I wanted to be sure they were the right ones so I asked a store associate for some assistance to double check for me. The associate brought me to another associate and asked them about it. They then proceeded to bring up google and confirmed the info I had already went through myself. I went home, installed the breaker and everything was fine. 3/5 Stars for them, 5/5 Stars for the woman who helped me with unmarked merchandise at the self checkouts..... Which were the only checkouts open..

Lowe's is okay they have a good garden section looks like they have plenty of employees everywhere it's just a hardware store similar to Home Depot.

Ordering online is an absolute nightmare. I had to cancel and reorder things upwards of 5 times on multiple orders. Been waiting a month for mulch that was supposed to be delivered but they put the order in for the wrong store and also said they didn't have it in stock at our location (despite 1/4 of the parking lot is inaccessible due to the mountains of mulch they had there). Customer service employees in the store were completely rude and had an attitude but still couldn't figure out our order situation. Can't give you the "floor manager"'s name as they did not introduce themself just said they were the only manager there. Just a calamity of errors from day 1, and it's disheartening because it is so close to the house and even opened a credit card, but definitely am cancelling my credit card and won't be shopping there anymore. Beware, online ordering is a nightmare!

As the daughter of a handyman, I practically grew up in Lowe’s and Home Depot and I’ve never before had such a poor experience. Apparently I interrupted a young and chatty employee, and she answered so much attitude that I g and had to leave the store without getting what I came for.
