I just received top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️customer service during my visit and I just had to give a special shout out to Mr. Will from the Macys fragrance department; AKA man of all trades. ?
I stopped in for cosmetics and he was one of very few employees working today. He is typically working in the fragrance section near (Kate Spade and Chanel).
When he was called to assist me, that was the best thing the other passing employee did for me.
He went to work and took his time to help me find a product I needed. He even provided some tips of the trade he learned along the way from his previous job experiences; helping me to make some selections backed by science that could potentially improve the outcomes I was seeking for the future.
If you are ever in Macys and you need help; quality customer service; smiles and patience, please make sure to stop over to see my buddy Will. Tell him Tonya sent ya!

The website and signs on the doors say that order pickup is at customer service on the SECOND FLOOR. It is not. It is on the main level/ground floor. That information needs to be corrected!

Since I have been losing weight, I’ve been searching for comfortable clothing in which to exercise, preferably inexpensive, since I’m dropping down through sizes every few months. Your Karen Scott line of women’s wear has been perfect! I recently ordered four new pairs of shorts and capris in cotton knit, and I am thrilled with the fit (elasticized waists with drawstrings!), comfort and price! Especially during your FRIENDS sale!
