This place is completely tribal when it comes to customer service—zero professionalism and absolutely no proper communication. They claim to have 9 ways of communicating, but none of them work. I strongly advise against going here.

Angel was absolutely amazing for my first massage ever!! So kind and down to earth and did an amazing job on my 60min massage. Felt so comfortable and relaxed already can’t wait to go back! Even from the front desk the ladies are so nice and welcoming, highly recommend!

First time ever having a professional massage. That being said. Was awesome. Alleviated alot of pain in my upper right side on my back. He was a very chill masseuse and if anything I'm surprised he's not a therapist. Body therapy coupled with mental therapy is a big deal. Anyway, thanks again. Kevin, from being personable and relatable, having good people conversing skills, to a good back massage. I appreciate it greatly. For the record, this is how in my opinion, a massage should be, from being physically engaged for the massage, comfortability, and excellent communication skills. Hope all massage places are like this, because you've set the bar real high on expectations! If i do enroll/sign up, I'll definitely be considering massage envy in monroeville first because of this experience and specifically with kevin. Thank you again!
