These people are so disrespectful my mom came in thinking it was walk in only but we found out you can make appointments now no one told my mom that on the phone she's been waiting almost an hour they know she's a diabetic they don't care that she hadn't eaten yet because she had to get bloodwork yet they are still taking their time ignoring my mom. Their sitting there eating and giggling not having a care in the world about her. The most disrespectful despicable people I've ever met.

This is the best Med Express! I had a broken wrist which was diagnosed quickly. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional and at the same time kind and compassionate. Thank you!

Don’t waste your time. Very unprofessional. Tried calling in for info and kept getting hung up on and when I finally got to someone I was put on hold for almost 30-40 minutes. The energy in this facility is even worst very lazy attitude from workers.

I would remove all mention of express or urgent. Two days ago I came in for a work physical. Waited a little over an hour. Okay, no appointment so you get what you get. Made an appointment to have my tb test read and my physical done. Showed up 20 minutes early and it is an hour and a half past my appointment and still waiting. Not like it was busy. Less than 10 people in waiting area. These places suck!

Excellent staff. They found, diagnosed, and thoroughly explained my broken back before and after a UPMC hospital misdiagnosed me with a "bone bruise". I'm forever grateful for their caring staff, professionalism, and expertise.

I am here now my daughter and grandson are sick and also brought fiancé he went rite in my daughter and my child have to be seen togather and said there was no patient till 515 and 545 it is 451 on May 29th I am here now and no Apts came in at all and I ask why and with that I was not rude bit she had a attitude and my family is sick I feel she's making us wait because I question her she was on the rite desk lightskin and young. I am taking videos of all the walking and listening if they were walk in and all of them was I am very upset and never had a issue at this place but my family is sick and she's prolonging there care over a simple question. That's a terrible act of rudness and she need to be replaced or coached to treat sick people that need care.and one was a child.

My boyfriend is very rarely sick so his temperature is 104.4 there is definitely something wrong. Went to this facility on Monday and got tested for various things, the flu be one of them. They said he tested negative for everything and that it was just a virus going around as well as prescribing him something for his severe cough fast-forward two days later his temperature did not change and he proceeded to get worse, the medicine they prescribed him did nothing for him so he decided to go to the ER. He has the flu… Not only did these people charge him they also wasted his time and did not help at all.

I made a 4:30 pm appt but arrived 20 minutes early. I barely waited 10 minutes from waiting room to triage to exam room. Everyone was professional and kind. Dr. Cummings was by far the most thorough, caring ER-style doctor I have ever been seen by.

I came in due to a work related accident, I lacerated my hand at work. The staff was so friendly, I don't understand all the negative reviewsJanelle was the wonderful person that did my stitches, beautifully done, painless, was very sweet about my fear of needles. They did an awesome job cleaning my wound and got me in and out super fast tho it was a less busy day

Staff is always inconsiderate. They need to be equipped with employees that understand & are patient, not getting attitudes with sick guests.The head Doctor James Nicholas was great. Thank you.

I’ve never had a bad experience here and not sure why the reviews are so negative. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Usually in and out in a timely fashion, but sometimes they are busy and it cannot be helped. Making an appointment if you can will definitely help with wait time.
