The young ladies were delightful.HOWEVER, IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I have been suit shopping. In all honesty I was surprised at the way the staff was dressed. It was not what I would have expected to find in a store that was selling better quality suits. The young man, pinstripe pants,2+ inches above the ankle, no sock, sneakers, some kind of rugby shirt. I NEVER WOULD have thought he was a men's fashion consultant. The ladies were also very casual in their attire. BUT their demeanor and approach identified them as someone who could help us. I am far from being a dress up person. But I also dress accordingly at work. Just a thought.Tf

I don’t think I’ve reviewed anything online in my life, however, the Monroeville service team brought me here. One helpful lady in store was great. The male staff is terrible.I simply asked for them to use my measurements from my last event (last month) and apply to an upcoming event. They realized it would take work so they directed me to a 1-800 number. Called greensburg and they handled it within 5 min. This happened for my wedding as well. Had general questions the staff was too lazy to answer.

Do yourself a favor and find your suit somewhere else. Went in to pick up my suit my dress shirt was extremely short and my pants looked like capris at least they fixed the pants for me. But my shirt was never adjusted or resized. The size they ordered for my suit jacket was apparently out of stock so they substituted it for a smaller size but didn’t inform anyone so when I tried it on obviously it was extremely tight. That’s when they decided to tell me it had been substituted for a smaller size. I was then told they would make sure they got a bigger suit jacket for me and to return the following day. Don’t get me wrong they did get me a bigger suit jacket that fit me correctly and that was appreciated however this was the day before my wedding so I was obviously busy and had a lot going on being that it was the day before my wedding. This was a huge inconvenience. I will never recommend this store to anyone who’s looking for a suit and wants it to fit correctly and on time.

Not sure if just our location, but the staff were rather rude, unhelpful, and nonchalant about being on the job. Then on our wedding day, my husband had baggy pants because they were not fitted right. Unfortunate, due to the circumstances of him not being able to try them on, first. So, perhaps it's part consumer error - but it's still left a rather sour taste for us. The groomsmen used Men's Wearhouse as well, and their suits were fine except for one other who's pants did not fit correctly, I should add. We will not be recommending or using them again, at least not for an event as important as a wedding.

Jason is a sharp, dressed man who is down to Earth. He fit me back in October for a pair of pants, shirt, tie, and vest. I went back a few days ago to inquire about a matching jacket. He remembered me! We went over to the suits, and he pulled one down. It was perfect! He made a few recommendations on pairings of shirts and ties. Then told me how to save a few bucks! Outstanding service!!! More salesmen need to be like Jason!(I do realize they work on commission, but the sheer talent of this guy is rivaled by no one!)

I got married this past weekend and used Mens Wearhouse of Monroeville. I had issues and complications every step of the way but they literally exceeded the character limit of what I'm able to write on Google. If anyone is interested in reading about my experiences with this store in full and graphic detail, I've shared them on Yelp.The primary issue is that my groomsmen received the wrong suit for my wedding. Everything else aside, this alone is unacceptable in every sense of the word. Under no circumstances will I ever give them my business again, nor would I advise anyone else to do so.

I got married this past weekend. I had nine groomsmen coming from different cities across two separate states, so with Mens Wearhouse being a large national chain, it seemed like the logical choice that would be easiest for all involved. I will summarize my experience in bullet points.- I scheduled an appointment for a fitting and to pick out the garments. I went in for the fitting and the store attendant took down all my details on pen and paper. I thought this was sufficient, but as I found out some weeks later when I called to ask a follow up question, they had no record of my reservation at all and I had to come in for a second appointment. When I went in again I picked out a suit for myself and a separate but similar suit for all of my groomsmen. This is a detail that will be important later.- I got a call from one groomsman when he went in for his fitting that they tried to give him two pairs of pants (blue and black). This is minor and we were able to sort it out, but it still showcases their incompetence and convoluted record keeping.-I was never notified when my suit was ready. No phone call, no email, no message whatsoever. Obviously I had budgeted time the week of the wedding to pick it up, but one would expect some notice to be customary. -When I picked up my own suit, the store manager at Monroeville didn't seem to grasp initially that mine was complimentary as I had met the numerical criteria for a free rental myself. He tried to change me, and when I objected, he spent several minutes on the phone with corporate to get the correct promotional code. Again, I will give them the bare minimum amount of recognition here that they sorted this out without charging me, but ostensibly weddings are a big part of your business and I would think it's well known that my rental is covered when I have 6+ groomsmen.-When it was time for pickup two of my groomsmen received jackets that didn't fit. Now maybe sizes can be somewhat fluid and vary. One was an easy swap and he was able to get a fitting jacket that same visit. Another one was given a slim when he needed a regular. They didn't have it in stock so he had to return to the store on the morning of the wedding to get a new one. Thankfully we were able to do this, but it's easy to envision a scenario where this wouldn't have worked out. Even still, it shouldn't need to be said that this was an extra ordeal that we could have done without on the morning of my wedding.-And here's the big one: my groomsmen all received suits identical to mine, despite the fact that I had picked out a different one for them. No one at the wedding was anyone the wiser, but I have nine guys collectively paying you thousands of dollars to wear clothing for one night. I have every right to pick what I want, and this store failed spectacularly on every level.- I followed up the next morning to voice my dissatisfaction. All of the previous miscues notwithstanding, i would think being provided the wrong suits on the day of my wedding alone is a situation that needs to be rectified. The manager at Monroeville gave me his name and assured me that all nine of my guys would receive a full refund at whatever store they chose to drop off their suits. He instructed me to have the individual stores contact him with any further questions. Several of the guys were able to do so without any complications but a few were not so fortunate. Some stores pushed back on this or told some of the guys that they needed to return theirs at Monroeville. Let's remember here not everyone is local and that only myself and one other groomsman used the Monroeville store. I'm sympathetic to any other manager who may have been penalized for a mistake their store didn't make, but driving hours away just to get a refund when the retailer is solely at fault should not be the expectation placed on us. When you have a decentralized rental process like this, the burden should be on the retailer to sort out mistakes between stores amongst themselves. That's not our problem.

Had a great experience at this store selecting suit, tie, shirt, & shoes. The staff were very helpful and patient. Jason Green is a great stylist and knows a good fit. I'd highly recommend shopping here for business and special occasion. The clothes are good, and the staff are welcoming.

I went in to this location last night with my fiancé and his family to get an idea of what the men were going to wear to our wedding in October. I had a rough idea of what I wanted my fiancé in and a general idea for the rest of the guys. The associate who helped us, Kyree, was a blessing. I showed him one picture that I had as inspiration for my fiancé and he led us right to the rack of linen suits. From there it was such a breeze with Kyree's help. He was incredible at color matching and had so many helpful tips from how to style the suit to which undershirts would keep my fiancé cool during the ceremony (it's a destination wedding). He would listen to our opinions and use his own judgement to bring us back pieces that were exactly what we were looking for without us even knowing what we were looking for. It is so rare to find customer service at this level anymore. He made the entire experience so enjoyable and easy and I cannot thank him enough for that. I was not expecting to actually find an entire suit set and tie during this visit but we left with everything we needed; all because of Kyree. I hope this location realizes how lucky they are to have an employee with such talent and drive because it is hard to come by anymore. We can't thank Kyree enough for our experience and we'll be sure to direct everyone we can to him!

Complete and utter failure! Find yourself another rental place if you value your time and receive your items in the correct size and on time. Also, some of the workers are unqualified and do not know how to properly measure for tux rentals, resulting in the manager having to resize me, this time being several inches different.

Bought a suit here for my son who just graduated college and had a wonderful experience. To the person who referenced the "bald black guy" who made their experience "horrendously awkward", that man's name is Jason, and we found him to be completely professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Nothing awkward about him at all. I would highly recommend him to anyone

The bald black guy that I assume works there made the shopping experience horrendously awkward, so much so I decided to leave. Very strange person but everything else with the store is great I recommend it.

Went there 2 buy dress pants an shirt. Went 2 many places for this but men's wearhouse took care of me an had alteration on the spot .also gave me a discount for being veteran
