We are very happy customers and pleased with how they treat their customers....they make sure you can see what is going on when they find issues with your vehicle while doing state inspection..ours failed due to holes in the body frame otherwise, everything else was fine....We got the holes fixed by a company welding panels onto the areas and then undercoated the area...Dan (employee of Monro) is a great person and makes you feel very welcome and informed....

Service on my vehicle took 6.5 hours for a muffler and exhaust pipe. Very very slow service that is unacceptable

Went on line to set up an appointment for Inspection and Oil change....walked in, took my vehicle in. Was out in an hour... great communication during inspection and no issues. Great service!

I was having issues with squeaky brakes the were changed by Scott's team. My car is a 2020 Kia Cadenza. After 3 complete brake system changeouts, the squeal persisted. At that point, I mentioned "The Cadenza is an upgrade to the Optima, built on the same frame". Scott checked the size, and indeed the size of the caliper pins was a centimeter different for the Optima as the Cadenza. Scott got the pads recommended for the Optima and installed them - problem solved!Nobody goes through that much trouble to be able to get it right! Very much appreciated, Scott! I've used many repair shops over the years. Monro Auto Service & Tire Center on Golden Mile Highway has become the go-to repair shop for my wife and I. FAST, HONEST SERVICE, GREAT RESULTS, with a smile!

Because my mechanic had to change my oil there was no sticker on the car and I've been driving it a while and decided I needed an oil change. When I went to get it changed the mechanic came out and told me he didn't want to charge me for an oil change because the oil was still very clean. He then showed me how clean it was and put a sticker on the car so I'll know when my oil change is due. Because of his honesty I will always go back there and I will recommend that particular Monro to friends and family.
