I’ve been to this shop twice after being rear ended twice in 2 years and each time the Body Shop manager kept me updated in what was to take place in making my vehicle whole again! It amazes how good these guys are. My Dodge looks great and if I must say so, these guys are the best when it comes to Body repair work. Thanks Joe and Tracy for keeping me updated, and the Car rental while my vehicle was being repaired, etc. You guys are the best! Thanks again!!!!!!!

Pros: They were able to schedule my appointment in two weeks and the people I spoke with were friendly and responsive. They also handled all communication with the insurance company, including adjustments to the estimate/bill.
Cons: My car has damage now that it did not have when I dropped it off. The damage that needed corrected was largely to the LR door. There was 'some' damage to the rocker panel and the LR of the bumper as well. I wash my car by hand, so I have a pretty good idea of existing damage, and new damage. When I dropped my car off, the plastic around the third brake light was cracked on one side; it is now cracked on both sides. In addition, there are tool marks in the LR door jamb (paint chipped away) across from the headrest, and very obvious overspray in the lower part of the door jamb. The worst part is that my trunk now leaks so bad that I have to keep a towel in it to prevent rain water soaking my trunk. My trunk did not leak when I took it in, and I do not know what they were doing in the trunk or deck lid area to cause this problem when the bulk of the damage was the left rear door. The low speed, parking lot accident did not touch the trunk area.
I'm leaving this review only to let others who are looking for a body shop know. A car should not come out of a body shop with damage it did not go in with.

I went in for an oil change. While waiting I was told that there was a recall and the repair would only take about two hours. Approximately four hours later, the work was "completed" and my truck was returned to the lot. My light colored headliner and both visors were solied by the mechanics dirty hands. A check under the seat revealed my wheel lock which they used to rotate the tires was missing. I informed them and they returned me one that didn't appear to be my original.I brought my 2015 Ram there in 2015 brand new. It is eight years old and has only 30,000 miles on it. I have always kept it very clean and most people think its brand new. I have always had it serviced on a regular basis at Monroeville Dodge/Ram. The mechanics were professional and always used plastic to protect the interior. These guys working there now are questionable. I will never return!By the way, over $100.00 bucks to have my headliner and visors cleaned.

My collision repair at Monroeville Dodge Body Shop was excellent and I would highly recommend their shop. The quality of the body work is top-notch and the shop kept in constant communication with me to let me know what was going on and how long they would have my car. Use caution purchasing a used car and the "extended warranty," especially if the car is not a Dodge. Horrible service after the sale. Don't fall for the "you can take it to any Chevy dealer" when they pitch it. I took it to their sister dealership, 3 Rivers Chevy, and had a horrible and expensive experience there as well. After promising to call me back, the sales manager and the general manager have ignored me and chosen not to respond. Would not recommend.

I called before we left to see if the 2 SUV were still available. Travis said yes. I said it will take me an hour to get there- ok. Ask for Bill or Homer. Get there and both managers are gone for the day and one of the SUVs is sold the night before and one of managers took the other one home. You will have to come back Monday. I don't think so. I can only imagine what the service would be like.
