I had the worse issue on New Years Eve. Had to get vehicle towed to Monroeville Dodge for repairs. The rest of my day was a COMPLETELY NEW YEAR JOY. They sent the tow truck driver, got in in ,gave me a rental, sent me on my way and 2 days later because the day before was a holiday and they were closed, I learned from the snow on my vehicle ,it was fixed the tow-in night before they went home. THEY ARE REMARKABLY GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO UP THERE. THAT IS WHY I CHOSE THEM AND I LIVE ACROSS TOWN CLOSE TO OTHER DODGE DEALERS.

For myself, it was a pretty short, but absolutely trash experience. I made an appointment to come look at a 2022 ram 1500 it was set for 415 at 3 o’clock. I emailed them to let them know that I was hitting traffic on 376. I got there at five and they said that they sold it two hours ago the manager 10 did say sorry and shrugged his shoulders then I thought it was kind of comical that they were trying to get me to buy a different truck, but after driving two hours there to come to find out that they had ample opportunity to let me know that they sold the truck that I made an appointment to come see I just left. I’m sure many of you have had good experiences, however mine crap. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there because of my experience.

I am always very happy with the service department at Monroeville Dodge. They take great care of my Jeep. My service advisor Kathy is wonderful. She answered all of my questions and understood my concerns with the engine lights that came on. They fixed my Jeep the first time and no more engine lights are on.
