Tim was great to work with the whole way through. He was straightforward, easy to talk to, and made the process simple without any pressure. He answered all my questions and kept everything moving smoothly. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I’d definitely recommend buying from Tim and Monroeville Kia.

The service department is wonderful! No one likes taking their vehicle to the service center but this one is trustworthy. The staff is compassionate and friendly. I travel 50 miles to use this service center over the one in my hometown. I would highly recommend them if your vehicle needs servicing.

My brand-new 2025 Kia K5 GT experienced serious issues where the vehicle would lose power while driving, making it feel unsafe. I contacted Monroeville Kia and was told I needed an appointment, which required a two-week wait.
I dropped my car off on Thursday, January 8, and it remained there through January 14 while the service department worked to identify the issue. During that time, I was told the vehicle was not “misbehaving,” despite the check engine light and multiple warning lights illuminating and my ability to see trouble codes through Kia Connect. When my husband drove the vehicle to the dealership, the check engine light remained on, which added to the frustration.
Since then, I spoke directly with the General Manager, who took the time to listen and address my concerns. In addition, the service department apologized for the experience and has committed to making this right.
Because of these conversations and the accountability shown, I feel more confident moving forward and will continue servicing my vehicle at Monroeville Kia. While the initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate the effort made by leadership and the service team to correct the situation.

We had a great experience with our sales consultant, Dominic!! He was awesome to work with, fully transparent in the process.
Irvin the finance director was also very nice and easy to work with. They got us in a vehicle that I am extremely happy with!

I had the best experience ever! The sales person I got helped me out in so many ways! Helped me find the car I was after and be able to drive away in it. The sales person name was Dominic. He was awesome! I sincerely appreciate the way I was treated and help I was given to be able to drive off the lot in a brand new car! I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and I would shop here again in the future. Don't like the service department. They never answer the phone. They don't help with people in financial situations. They just want money! They misplaced my Tire cap and tried to tell me I had it. If I didn't have a Kia, I wouldn't take it here!

I absolutely love monroeville kia. We bought a car from them and they just go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. The service department is amazing and always helpful, anytime I've gotten service on my car they always provide me with a loaner. Our next vehicle will definitely be bought from monroeville kia.

Went in for a software update. Service department ,techs and cashiers were congenial and knowledgeable. Purchased a new battery while I was there and the price was reasonable, pretty much what I would pay at other repair centers

Complete disaster. Car was put back together incorrectly, the wait time was a flat-out lie, and quality control was clearly nonexistent. Only reason this isn’t zero stars is the customer service rep who tried to put lipstick on this dumpster fire
