I walked in to send out a Fed Ex package. The Manager of the store was walking around on a personal phone call. She did acknowledge me after 5 minutes. Then continued with her personal phone call.
She directed me to a self serve computer and then proceeded to tell me there was a FED EX location just down the road.
I asked, well can I ship this here? She replied yes. Then walked away while I continued for another 20 minutes trying to navigate a self serving computer app.
I ended up leaving after wasting money of copies of a shipping label that printed out blank. She watched me walk out the door without a word.

No one offered to help and my copies got all messed up and now I still need them and I have to go get a refund. I tried to tell them I needed help etc. I got none and the ink ran out so about 40 bucks worth of copies did not come out. I noticed when I got home.

Bought a roll of tickets for church fish fry which were rolled incorrectly. When I returned them I did not have time to search for receipt in my purse. I was not told that I could not get my money back without the receipt until the refund was completed and I was handed a gift card for $10 less than I paid cash for the merchandise. When I asked if we could change the transaction if I gave the receipt I was told NO. So they just stole my money from me.

Just went in for ink wanted the same one I had cashier was rude because I didn’t know where it was and got an attitude with me about it you work there not me ! This why the world getting replaced with robots! If u don’t like life or work stay home ??

Office Max in Monroeville is the place to go for quality items at an affordable price. AND with Associates who assist to make the process productive and efficient! I highly recommend a visit.

Workers were very helpful, even when I had to call another store to see if there was a chair available before placing an order and the girl there was extremely helpful. Nice that I could designate another person to pick up my item as well.

Self-serve print, scan, and copy services are awesome and super easy. I also love the ability to send Fedex packages from the OfficeMax stores. If I do not have the shipping materials, they have them for purchase at decent prices. This is my favorite store of this type.
