I came in today to get some things made at the print center. Will was super helpful! We live here in Monroeville so we love supporting our local stores when we can. We've been in before to get school supplies, printing supplies and to use the print center. Always friendly staff and the store always looks clean. Thank you!

The customer service at the Monroeville Office Depot/Office Max was horrible. Earlier in the week we purchased this desk from the Greensburg location and went to buy another. The desk was sold out in Greensburg so we went to Monroeville to see if they had one . For context, our house has 2 people who work from home. At the Greensburg location we purchased this desk for $263.00 on sale, and with a 15% member discount. For the same desk and same sale we spent $309.00 at the Monroeville location. We asked the general manager, Dixie, to honor the same discount. She said she said no, and called Greensburg and told us we were in the wrong. On top of this, it took about 30 minutes to get an answer from the workers on the floor and they (we asked 2 people) told us to just wait til they were done with their task, removing the sale stickers from the floor, even though the sale doesn't end until Sunday, and this was a Saturday. The service was horrible and I will not be returning to this store. After tax and warranty, and Dixie not honoring the 15% discount we received at the Greensburg location, we spent $56.00 more for the same desk and warranty at Monroeville than at Greensburg. For the sake of your wallet, mental health, and nicer customer service, just drive the extra 20 mins to Greensburg.

Stopped by last weekend around 10am. Only one person in the store being rung out by an associate. I needed 2 copies of a paper I brought blown up. Another woman who spoke to me from across the room let me know that I could use self serve. I asked how large it could go and she said \\\"11x17 which is what youre holding.\\\" So, clearly she knows I would need help by her condescending comment. Then she said \\\"or you can make an order but it won't be ready until later in the evening and there's no waiting in the store and if thats what you want I'll be over in a few minutes.\\\" I don't know if she was in a mood, having a bad day or what but the whole attitude was unnecessary. I left and went to FedEx around the corner and they provided me my print outs in 10 mins. It's retail, I get it. Im right there doing it too, but if the real process requires several hours to complete, there's a nicer way to let it be known.

I work for a nonprofit and send mailings out every month. OfficeMax is my go to for print needs. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Megan, Ebony and Will are stellar employees. This year I wanted to try designing my own Christmas card on Canva and printing. I saved more than $100 by printing at OfficeMax instead of Shutterfly. It did not take me long and I'm really happy with the result. Just a heads up that what the website says is in stock for the store is not always accurate. If you want to save time call ahead to check if you really need a specific item.

General manager of the store (I believe her name was Linda) signed me up for their rewards program without my consent. Just asked for my phone number and email and then reached across the payment pad and clicked accept on something I didn't even have a chance to read. Asked if I wasnted an email receipt and sent me on my way. All of a sudden I am getting emails welcoming me to their rewards program. Guess their reards numbers must be low so they are cramming them on their customers without their knowledge or consent. very unethical and poor business practice. While this may not seem like much to some it is a big deal to me as it is so unethical. I will be telling everyone I know about this and will not shop here again. For the general mamager of the store to do this is just unreal!

Great sale items and great clearance items. I was able to get all my Christmas tech and a bunch of stocking stuffers and saved a bunch. Victoria helped me find a great tablet. Hats off to Victoria for her patience with me.

Very poor. I had a paper shredder die after 1 month and corp. cust. service said it could be returned but not Monroeville. Monroeville called it an electronic item and no returns after 14 days.

Not only Monroeville- but the company in general. Teachers love 0.15 folders because they buy them OUT OF POCKET for their students that cannot afford school supplies. Yet, this company limits us as to how many we can buy. They didn't even let my friend's HUSBAND do a separate transaction because they live in the same household. SMH

Office max/depot just lost my business. Going back into the classroom, need scissors because first-graders can't cut anyway and the scissors we are provided are crap. Go to buy them out of pocket at office max for $.25 each. The lovely cashier is going to do separate transactions so I can get a total of 20 scissors. Her stupid 20-year-old supervisor says no it's three per day per household even for teachers. — feeling pissed off.

went to change a delivery order at office max.. told by office max employee that I had to call 1800go depot to make change... they directed that this is the wrong number and call 1 877 633 4236... which was wrong line and given 1 866 629 7375.... which was wrong number refused to take any new numbers and had supervisor transfer me, and it was taken care of in a minute... I don't have time to play telephone tag..... so I have a solution,,, its called staples, or perhaps Walmart/sam's club...... office max plus office depot equals double the problems...
