I would love an explanation on why customers are paying 16 cents for a bag? Sounds like another avenue to create more revenue. Very disappointing with how small the mens section is. I overheard 5 guest walk out the door confused as to why they are paying 16 cents per bag. Disappointing for sure.

I use to love Old Navy but the clothes have changed and the priced have gone way to high, there are better places to get quality clothes at a better price.

I love this store but Friday they passed out free Upper Canada Soap Bye Bye Germ hand sanitizers with your purchase. after peeling the label back, not only were they expiring in a month but Health Canada just recalled these in February when I looked up the UPC. just throw these out Old Navy. Don't you have a dumpster and quality control?
