Very friendly. I love bringing my kids here. We come here regularly just for the kids to burn off energy. The staff are great and the owner is amazing. Highly recommend anyone in the Monroeville and surrounding areas to stop by. We come from Robinson but for some that may be too far, for us it’s worth it.

We went to a birthday party here today. Our 2 year old daughter has an egg allergy and the staff was so accommodating. They went through the lables of every food item they were serving and even made her something special to make sure she had safe food to eat. They really went above and behind for us! The party staff was also amazing and made the event run so smoothly!

We held a children's birthday party at the venue with twelve attendees. The event was well-executed and reasonably priced, including two large pizzas, a specialty beverage for the birthday child, and a well-organized schedule. The facility offers ample bouncy houses and a variety of games; the Ice Man game was a particular highlight.

My family loves Outer Limits! We particularly enjoyed the Breakfast with Santa this past Christmas. Will be back soon. I also plan on taking my preschool summer campers!

There was no dedicated children's place for children under 5. It was a plastic playhouse where the parents sit. The bounce houses are for children under 5... Yeah they were 10+ running around like animals. In the 30 minutes that I was there they had 3 families call the manager(because they aren't on site) for a refund because there is nowhere for small children to play. They quote 11,000 sq feet but it's a 30x30 single room that is dark and dirty and their arcade is like 10 games that 5 dollars gets you 2 games of ski ball

Went to a field trip here then knew it was a semi large school they ran out of food before even half of the school got food. It’s not trampolines it’s bouncy houses that are very small they seem like the one you would rent for a birthday party. Then when they ran out of everything but nachos and slushies a few minutes later they ran out of nachos and blue slushies. The arcade part of it is cheap games. They have cards to put money on but you are not able to purchase food with them not that there was even any to purchase. Highly dissatisfied. Then when we tried to DoorDash students tried to DoorDash food they said no outside food. Kids waited almost all field trip for food and every five minutes they were out of another item

Great place! The price is just fine if I take into consideration how much I pay at Chuck e Cheese for games ONLY when this is a whole experience. I wish I would have come out sooner, can't wait to come back!

This place is great! We were visiting from out of town to see Family and the little cousins got to play together in a fun, safe and clean environment. The staff was very upbeat and friendly and very attentive. They were constantly cleaning up and making sure that everyone was safe and having a good time. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you all for the fun memories!

Had our son’s 3rd birthday party here and it was great! He and all his friends had an absolute blast, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and everything was easy. My son absolutely loved it and we were very happy with everything!

Let me start by saying this place has great customer service and the employees are very willing to help with any issue with a great demeanor. Now to the bad, it’s way too expensive for what it is. Very dark and gloomy with little to no walking room. For the price I expected what was advertised and I was let down. The ball pit was just sad and lacking balls. The bounce houses were small and very close together and constantly bumped into adults and children. Some of the items looked damaged and it was very dark to be a kids area. With the full package you expect everything to be included for $30 a child… it wasn’t. You still have to pay extra for the rock climbing wall and the games charge 3-6 points per game. I ended up have to load both of my kids card again to get through an hour and a half of being there. Once they cashed out their tickets they picked out bottom of the barrel prizes that cost a lot for basic items. I just wish the price made sense for the product, but again the staff was great just poor product.

Went today with two 5y and a 2y. They had a great time. HOWEVER, there is a Groupon available and I thought I would be nice to offer to pay the price directly to them so they don’t lose profit to Groupon. Not only was the answer no but I was then informed that I came use a Groupon within 2 hours of purchase. I will be reporting to Groupon Aldo but what an insane rule. And it is in tiny writing on one page of their very unclear website. Then we were spoken to about eating outside food, but I didn’t see any signs posted about not. Overall, kids had a blast, I found the policies and overall attitude of the staff very poor. We will likely return on a winter day for the kids, but if they didn’t enjoy, I’d never go back.

We had a birthday party for our 6 year old and the event was well timed and organized, our hostess was wonderful with the kids, and the segmented areas allowed for us to keep track of the kids easily. There was also seating and tables for the adults in the play zone so we didn't have to stand the whole time.

We had my son's 5th birthday at my outer limits adventure Park in Monroeville! As I told the one employee Chris 10 out of 10. Very professional and very hospitable to any of our needs or question. I felt very comfortable and I would recommend them to anybody. We chose a Solar Party Pack and there is a variety of things to do there. They always have at least three bounce houses, a new rock climbing wall, indoor ball area/play area, laser tag and an arcade. Party host Rennaijha was excellent and so was Caleb in the kitchen. Food was very good and service was great! Joey and the kids at the time of their life and I highly recommend it!
