My wife and I had a great experience with Jason Bonime at the Monroeville/Murrysville store. We took a long time in understanding the features & benefits of all the different hot tubs and suppliers in the area. Not only was Jason the most knowledgeable, he was also the most patient & sincere in helping us identify what hot tub aligned with our needs. I could not recommend him more from start to finish. We would of bought any brand at at any store, but we chose Pool City because of his professionalism. We were looking for the connection and he exceeded our expectations!! Thanks Jason

I purchased a brand new jacuzzi hot tub from this place and after a month or so side panels were keep falling out and windy weather then I went in to get them come here and take a look guy who sold the item gave me a service phone number which is od for couple months of tub then no one called me from service,stay away from this place you will spend thousands of $ and will need to look for solution to fix defective item.
Who want to buy something then call service like it was bought used.That is wrong they have to handle that and get someone here for free.

My husband and I had a phenomenal buying experience of a Jacuzzi Spa with Bradyn N at the Pool City in Monroeville yesterday. Don’t let this young man’s youthful appearance be mistaken for lack of knowledge! He was so informative about each spa we looked at-which were many! He was very patient and respectful of all of our questions. He was honest if he didn’t know an answer to a question and didn’t hesitate to reach out for the answer immediately. Bradyn and Alex (Manager) were considerate to our price point and did their very best to meet that. Stellar Customer Service means so much to us as well as buying local when possible. We felt truly appreciated and are very much looking forward to our continued relationship with Pool City. We see this purchase as a retirement gift to each other and we are very excited to take receipt of our spa in the near future!

We had an excellent experience here today. This was in first time in the store in years. I found the prices to be very fair and they had items I wasn’t expecting them to have like bars, air hockey tables, etc. We were helped by Gia. She was upbeat and very knowledgeable about what we were looking at. Great experience overall.

My fiancé and I were on the fence with the idea of a spa purchase. We weren’t certain that the investment would be worth while. We were concerned about operation cost of a spa. We didn’t know how much we would have to spend on chemicals, upkeep or how much our electric bill will increase. There were just so many unanswered questions. This all changed when we walked into Pool City located in Monroeville, PA. The store was enormous in comparison to some of their competition in the area. This store is just a one stop shop for all of your outdoor pool area, comfort and recreational needs. The store has outdoor furniture and bars, multiple spas on display, swimming pools and even massage chairs(that my fiancé and I couldn’t seem to get away from). Chuck Marburger is one of the best sales personal that I have ever encountered. This guy was sharp as a tack. His product knowledge was impeccable. There was not one question that we threw at him that he could not answer about his products. We were so impressed with Chuck and the Pool City inventory that we canceled a purchase order that we had with a competitor and went with Chuck and Pool City. We could not be happier with our spa thanks Chuck!

Go see Jake Leggett for all your gameroom needs. He was very helpful in the purchase of our shuffleboard table and wine barrel pub table. When i looked at the price of the table online i saved over $1,000 on the purchase.

Bought hot tub few weeks ago. It came just when they said it would. People who delivered it were great. I’ve been back to store a few times in first week to double check water and ask many questions. Josh,Alex & Jason are the best. I’d recommend them to anyone. They truly care that you’re satisfied w your purchase and really take their time answering all your questions. 5 stars for them for sure.

After having a bad experience at a few other stores (including other local Pool City stores), I reached out to the Monroeville Pool City via an online message. Shortly after, I received a response from Jake who answered all of my questions and even quoted us a price.My husband and I decided to go into the store to look at the items we were interested in. Since it was Jake who I was already communicating with, I asked for him to assist us. He kindly greeted us, and before long, it was as if we knew him our whole lives. He had a great personality, and genuinely listened to exactly our purpose for being there. We explained what we were looking for, and the general range of our budget. He helped us find the perfect outdoor dining set, but there was one catch. The color chairs we wanted were discontinued this year, and the only available ones were the floor models from a different store. After looking at some other options that didn't meet our needs, we decided to go with the floor models, which granted us a large discount. We were a bit concerned that the floor models might not be up to par, but Jake actually went to the other store to make sure they met our standards and were in good condition. That's quality customer service if you ask me!!Our new furniture was delivered yesterday, and we are extremely happy with it. Overall, our experience with this particular Pool City, and specifically Jake, was top notch! We will definitely purchase from him again, and would highly recommend his services to our friends and family.
