I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joe Pasquino of Premiere Medical Associates for the past 14 months. During my initial consultation we discussed a course of treatment for a damaged toenail. Over the next two visits we unsuccessfully tried three methods of treatment. Our final option was to permanently remove the nail. October 26th was appointment #4 and nail removal day. Unfortunately, I was told by Dr. Joe Pasquino that he didn’t have enough time to perform the procedure. I was surprised by his statement due to the fact I scheduled an appointment to have my nail permanently removed during this visit. I brought this to Dr. Joe Pasquino’s attention and was told he needed a 40-minute time slot instead of 30 minutes. I also inquired about my Co-Pay that was just processed by his Office Manager. I asked if my Co-Pay was going to be rolled over to my next visit since scheduling made an error by not allotting enough time. Dr. Joe Pasquino stated, “I’m just hired help and only working here”. He informed me that scheduling would have no idea to schedule 40 minutes since they are not in his office and may be located anywhere. I couldn’t have been more transparent when I scheduled this procedure. Post appointment notes on my digital file state Vitals were performed and data was listed. My weight was taken; however, no height was measured, no blood pressure was checked, and no heat rate was monitored. Dr. Joseph Pasquino’s Summary Notes included a very well rounded 30-minute consultation, which is not quite accurate. I’ve seen customer service decline significantly over the past few years; however, I never expected a Medical Professional to tell me “I’m just hired help and only working here.” If Dr. Joe Pasquino is an employee, Premiere Medical Associates should reevaluate who they are hiring. Has Dr. Joe Pasquino and Premiere Medical Associates reduced patient care to a time slot, a number and inaccurate health data?

i have gone here for many years. used to be top notch. today I go there because I really need medical care. having many issues with breathing & passing out among the symptoms. wore the demanded face mask, but under my nose so I don't pass out. doctor came in, demanded I pull it up, reached out to help me "put it on correctly " when I told him I couldn't breathe & had a medical condition & disability protected under federal ADA laws, he said I will not treat you unless your face is covered!!! this is no medical facility. they don't care. they don't even understand the basics of medical treatment, how to care with compassion, how to follow the actual law, or even understand true science of diseases, immunity or how it's spread. if this is medical care, then I don't need it. I'll enjoy watching them go bankrupt.

Ignore elderly patients when they want support around having COVID-19. Got back to my mom 6 days later outside of the infusion window. Told her she wasn’t ‘priority’.

I called to schedule an appointment, spoke with Lisa and her office manager Jaime. Lisa was very rude and of course her office manager made an excuse for her. The experience was bad. Jaime apologize after going back and forth with me.

Today I finally found a new doctor after my entire family & I have been seeing Premier Medical for 26 years. Dr. Fuge was my first doctor, when it was located at Penn Center. My entire life experience at this practice has been a consistent nightmare. This is my experience so it does not represent all patients experiences at Premier Medical. The first, minor issue, is there is a visible overload of stress on the employees. What this looks like, is CONSISTENT disorganization, and multiple instances of lost files/calls not returned. Additionally, I want to share specific, unsettling experiences over the last 2 decades:2000: My Grandpa was falsely diagnosed with CANCER. My Grandpa was stubborn and didn't believe it, so he got a second opinion at Forbes Hospital confirming he indeed, did NOT have cancer.2003: Dr. Jana diagnosed me with ADD and put me on Strattera, Concerta, Adderrall, and Ritalin all by the time I was 10. What I later found, was I had PTSD, not ADD. I was never referred to a psychiatrist. Instead, I was given varying stimulant medications starting at 8. This resulted in even worse symptoms of Anxiety/Panic, and my PTSD became worse than when I came to the doctor.2009: My step brother was experiencing severe digestive issues at15, to the point he couldn't make the bathroom and had blood in his stool for months. Dr. Jana proceeded to tell my step brother he was "fine." He later went to a specialist on his own to discover he had Ulcerative Colitis, a lifelong condition.2011: My step brother seeked help again when he was having excruciating throat pain. Dr. Jana told him it was "Strep Throat" and "it would pass." Not even 24 hours later, he was having trouble breathing, and went to the ER. The ER told him he had a puss pocket infection in his throat, and had he not made it to the ER sooner, he could have died from suffocation.2013: I received both doses of the Chicken Pox Shot in 1995 & 2007. When receiving my Physical Exam before entering college 6 years later, I was told I only received 1 dose. I insisted I already had both Chicken Pox shots, but due to them "losing the file" they forced me to receive a 3rd extra dose of the Chicken Pox shot or they would not pass me for my Physical Exam to get into college. 2 months later I received a phone call saying they "found the file."2015: My dad was experiencing numbness in his feet/hands. He approached Dr. Jana for help. When my dad told him his hands and feet felt tingly to touch, Dr. Jana dismissed him saying, "Then don't touch your feet and hands." He offered no solution/suggestion. My dad later discovered it was nerve damage.2021- Having long term digestive issues following COVID, it was requested I have blood drawn. After getting 2 tubes taken out, they said they "could not find my results." I had to come back to the office, and get an additional 2 tubes taken out. After 2 weeks of waiting for results, I ended up reviewing them myself on the app. I tested high in multiple concerning areas. When I called to schedule an appointment to discuss my results, I was invalidated and told "It's not super high so don't worry about it." I now have had digestive issues for 5 months following COVID. Additionally, they falsely documented a stool sample on my record that was never taken. When I asked why my stool was never looked at, considering it is a DIGESTIVE issue, they said, "I don't know how that happened." And claimed they would call back to schedule one. Still waiting, and that was 4 days ago.I know reflecting on these bad things may seem devaluing, and there were some minor positive experiences here and there as no place is ALL BAD. However, I would say across the board, don't expect any of the offices to be organized, and you won't be disappointed. Also, don't see Dr. Jana if you want an accurate diagnosis or even guided in the right direction; as proven repeatedly he is immediately dismissive even when it's urgent.

I went there for issues with my back. Got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and after several appointments that only discussed my type to. I can’t walk without pain and nothing is being done about it. Need to look for a new doctor.
