Had a lab order from the Cardologist that was urgent for my 92 year old father with afib and anemia. The Quest office was closing and my father was having a mini fit in the waiting room. Michele the lab technician took pity on us and agreed to draw my father's blood even though it was technically closing time. My father was a bit dehydrated, but Michelle was so patient with him and painlessly drew his blood. She was so kind and gentle with my father. Three cheers to Michelle!!! She is so special and great at what she does!

I typically have a horrible experience getting blood drawn. However, Porscha drew my blood twice in the last couple weeks and each time was quick and painless. She got me in one stick and in the arm where as most people stick me multiple times and still end up using my hands. She’s super cheerful and you can’t help but to smile when you’re in her presence. Not to mention, she got me in within a couple minutes at my second appointment, despite the fact that I had accidentally made the appointment for a completely different office. Rather than turn me away, she got me all sorted out and blood drawn in just a couple minutes. Never thought I’d have a favorite phlebotomist but Porscha is hands down the best I’ve ever been too! Thank youu for making a typically negative experience so enjoyable!

I just realized I filled out the survey Quest sends out but never wrote a review here! Earlier this year when I found out I was pregnant, I got my initial blood work and such done at this location. After having to do the 24 hour urine test, I was treated so poorly by the office staff here - specifically one woman and I wish I remembered her name - that I switched Quest locations. The day prior to dropping off the sample, she said that showing her my insurance card from UPMC's website would be fine (I hadn't gotten into the habit of carrying my physical insurance card in my purse yet), but less than 24 hours later she gave me a hard time about it and literally said "I'm pretty sure you've been told to have the card with you" in a really rude and passive aggressive tone. I kept my mouth shut because I was actually dumbfounded that the same person told me two different things less than 24 hours apart. She then instructed me where to put the sample and when I took the container out of the bag to set it on the counter for her, she snapped at me about leaving it in the bag and how she "doesn't need my urine everywhere." The bag and the container were completely clean and dry so to act like I was pouring urine all over the place was absolutely ridiculous. After this experience, I switched over to the other Monroeville location on Mosside and have been treated great by the staff there ever since.

I gave this Office a 1 when really it should be a 0. Tell me how when you have a Drs Order sent over do t send test results to the wrong Dr. And the second part of the tests ordered the Technician stands there arguing with you telling you that you have the wrong collection vessel when their the ones that gave them to you y insisting it's not their test labels when their the ones who tagged them. I would never recommend Quest to a dog.

Portia was amazing. She was so helpful when I had a bad reaction during my blood draw. She fanned me off and made sure I was ok before leaving. She kept calm and talked to me during and afterwards. I highly recommend going to to Quest and if you get nervous like I do, Portia is perfect for you.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went there for a post-vasectomy lab test - Quest was on the list of places to get the lab work done I got from the doctor's office.The nurse turned me away stating they no longer perform that lab test and referred me to go to Forbes hospital.I called the doctors office I had the procedure on my way back to work stating what the nurse told me and they could not believe it. She told me that they most certainly do perform that lab work and asked if I was still there. I had to get back to work so was unable to return. The doctors office called me back on a three way call with someone from Quest(different location), they informed that the sample would not be good past today and asked if I could make it back before they closed.I made an appointment for later that afternoon only to get a message 20 minutes before the appointment that they are now closed for maintenance. Sample gone. Thanks Quest. Top notch work.If possible, get your lab work done somewhere else.

Walked in with my wife on Saturday with an hour before they closed. No one else was in the waiting room. At 11:35 a gentleman comes out telling us there are three appointments ahead of us and we couldn't be seen. Again, there wasn't anyone else in the waiting room and there wasn't a soul in the parking lot. He simply wanted to quit early.If you advertise walk in appointments you need to honor them. Again, there wasn't anyone else there waiting to be seen.

I had a scheduled appointment at 7:10, checked in at 7:00 and was seen almost immediately. The phlebotomist who collected my blood was efficient and friendly. I would choose this location again.

I was there 4:20 before they close just for drop off she wouldn't take it not blood work just drop off while door wasn't lock and they were open .I always have problem with this location.

Great experience. I usually pass out every time I get blood work done. Cassandra (I’m pretty sure that was her name she was in room 3) was absolutely amazing. She got my vein on the first time which has never happened for me, talked to me to make sure I was okay, and before you knew it she was done. I didn’t even feel dizzy. I’m going back every time I need blood work. She is amazing.

Staff is very professional and friendly. I usually don't make appointments and just walk-in and I am typically able to get in and out very quickly.
