Apparently, I was supposed to receive a pamphlet to be able to log in to their website with a number on it. They did not provide my pamphlet so now I can't see my test results. I'm so sick of garbage customer service. It's everywhere now, this is just the latest example. Additionally, I get my blood tested every six months because I have diabetes. This was the most painful I've had, and it left a bruise I've had for over a week. The tech was rushed which likely contributed to the poor blood draw and forgetting to give me my information. If you can, go to a different quest.

I don't know her name but the Jamaican girl was very nice and talkative. I got helped right away. Total time in office probably less than 15 minutes.

I feel so disappointed with their service. They sent me a bill after I got a blood draw. The bill was not covered by the insurance company and they did not know the reason for it. I had to contact my insurance company, and they told me Quest proivded the wrong insurance ID number on their claim. I talked with quest diagnostics many times trying to solve this problem. One year has passed by. My insurance company told my that 90% has been covered. But Quest Diagnostics still repeatly sent me the wrong bill without any coverage by the insurance. No one apologized to me for their mistakes. They made a mistake but they asked the customer to try to solve it. They are so unresponsible! I won't choose their service any more!

This place seems alright, and the check in was very easy. I do suggest that you make an appointment, that will guarantee you a specific time slot. The place looked clean, and the wait wasn't long at all.

I made the switch from the other Monroeville location (the one up by the CVS on 22) after being treated so poorly there. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this Mosside Monroeville location. Both Corey and Josh have taken my blood with minimal discomfort (if any at all) and I've had to have a lot of blood work done within the last few months due to being pregnant. I'm typically taken back within 5 minutes of checking in for my appointments (I prefer early morning appointments), and they are so quick and efficient that I'm usually out within 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They have both been friendly and professional in all of my experiences. Most recently I was in their office for 3 hours for my glucose test and was treated very well. There is even a nice little room with some comfy recliners that I was able to rest in while there for that long - it was so nice not having to sit in the waiting room chairs! This is the only location I recommend to others and it's the only one I'll continue to go to. Thanks Corey and Josh!

Went in, with an appointment, with a written script for a urine test. Before they even looked at it, the short bald guy with glasses had an attitude and was very rude. He then said my script wasn’t written correctly and proceeded to tell ME to try and get ahold of the doctor who wrote it to fix it. They didn’t care that I didn’t have time to wait or come back. Not to mention not doing the test is keeping me from getting medication that I need. So now I have no idea when I’ll be able to get it. I sat in the waiting room for an hour holding my pee just to continue getting treated badly by this man. “There’s other quests around here if you don’t like it” is what he said to me. I asked his coworker for help and he treated me rudely as well, long blonde hair with tattoos. These two men were extremely sexist towards me and had no human decency. Don’t go here. P.S. to those workers who treated me like that, if you hate your job that much then maybe you should do something else with your life.

Scheduled online. On the morning of my appointment I was running late and called the number here on Google to ask if I should still come to the appointment. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment and was met by a large man with a very big beard. He was snide and dismissive. Told me and and a walk in patient that they are booked full of appointments and don’t take walk ins. I let him know that I had called and was told to come in even though I was late. He said why would I kick someone out of their appointment because you were late. I started crying and he tried to say I could sign in and wait. I felt dismissed no longer trusted that these are people I want sticking me with a needle or as a part of my healthcare. People don’t come for lab draws because they want to, but because they have to. This uncaring person has no business in healthcare.

I’m typically not one to complain but the service at this quest was not the greatest. A few other people and I arrived around 3:15pm. I didn’t know that they were closing at 3:30 or I would’ve waited until tomorrow. But, the woman drawing my blood was very rude and kept mentioning how they close at 3:30 and how mad she was that the doctors were sending people last minute. If you’re reading this woman, I’m sorry. But next time, try to hide your frustration. I work in health care, so I try to be understanding. But this was uncalled for and I was so close to walking out.

Guy who took my blood did not properly sanitize puncture site. He removed my tourniquet AFTER he removed the needle which is completely wrong and could be dangerous. They need better trained phlebotomist.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went to quest stupidly paid $75.00 copay in cash. Of course I lost receipt. Quest turned me in to collections. My credit score dropped over 100 points! I'm furious. Called Quest they advised me if I had any outstanding payments they would not have given me any services. I was there twice since they reported to credit collections. Both times I paid amount owed luckily I used debit card! I WILL NEVER USE QUEST again and will share my story with everyone and anyone. Btw Quest does not have available supervisors to speak with what a surprise!
