The older lady at the bakery section today around 330 was very rude. Went there to pick up a cake that I ordered over the phone late last week. I told her the name the cake was under as well as the type of cake and size it was, she went looking for it came back and was like she can't find the cake could it be under a different name and I told her no because I put it under my name which is the name I gave her to begin with and again, I told her the type of cake it was (what image was on it). She kind of got snippy and said she needs to know the name the cake is under because she's not about to go back there and look through every cake. so for the third time I told her my name Fay and last name and again and she still couldn't find the cake. She brought out the cake order forms for today and showed me and said, do you recognize any of these names? As I'm looking I don't see my name, but then I see they have something that may be my name though it's spelt wrong. I go by "Fay" they had "Say". She went back, got the cake. Though if she would've just looked in the first place she wouldn't have missed the cake. A full sheet cake with Pikachu. This isn't a easy cake to miss. She had an attitude for no reason because she failed to look for the cake in the first place. As big as this cake is how did she miss it....

this is the worst Sam's club. a worker runs in between me and another customer doesn't say excuse me. runs to start counting every customers items not just scanning them. I scanned my milk but for some reason it didn't come up on my receipt. I go back and pay for it and show her. she wants to recount everything in my cart and scan it. for a stupid 7 items. To the old lady that checks receipts you are ridiculous if you think every customer has time for you to count every item. I was not the only customer she did this to. Also learn some manners if you are going to cut customers off.

I love Monroeville Sam's Club However what I witnessed around 11:15 am at the Gas Pumps was a total ignorance of today's Young People as everyone knows there's definitely a problem with many. However a Women with her 2 Son's thought it was her privilege to jump the line coming into the pumps then proceeds to tell the rest of us going the right direction to move back so she can get to the pump. Well because of the amount of many people in line there was no place for people to move to. At which point the 2 wanna be THUGS jump out of the car and start Mfing everyone in line and if the didn't move they would mess them up. The entire time the Mother is saying nothing to them about their behavior and truthfully she wasn't much better. It left many people of all Colors and Religions just shaking their heads. I think some how either they need someone to direct traffic or have a security guard posted. For what we pay to go to Sam's Club safety should be the first priority.

Where this Sam's Club sits always acts like a bottleneck. It sits above the other stores and car dealership at what can be considered a dead end road. I would suggest to avoid this area on a heavy shopping day or when people leave work in droves. That contributes to the bottlenecking. They will all come here to get gas since it is the cheapest in the area. The parking lot reminds you of a home improvement store parking lot. In part that is because this is the only thing up here. I need to move on from the parking lot, it is giving me anxiety. Inside it feels smaller than other Sam's Clubs out there, but they were well stocked and items were easy to find. I came in here with a list of things I needed and I made sure to get only what I needed and not get distracted by anything else. I enjoy that you can now use your app to checkout and bypass the registers. Just have your phone ready and you can be on your way out the door much faster than the traditional route.

My first and favorite Sam's Club. Gas prices are always 10-30 cents cheaper than anywhere else and the pumps have been updated so you can use your physical or app membership card. No cash accepted at the pumps. The seasonal selections are always much cheaper than hardware, nursery, or general stores. I get large indoor and outdoor plants for $14-25 dollars where other places charge $40+ The selection of meat and seafood has a decent variety of species, but few organic and USDA prime meats. There's plenty to choose from in produce and I've never had an issue with freshness. When I was disabled, I still found it easy to navigate the store on an electric cart, on a knee scooter, and with my cane. The aisles are wide and associates can be easily flagged for assistance. The reason I'll never give up my Sam's Club membership is this: Scan and go touchless checkout on the Sam's Club app, where you show a QR code to the associate on the way out instead of a paper receipt. AND The pickup feature. I love being able to get my essential groceries loaded into my vehicle.

This store is being run horrible, the store reps are rude, if you order online they give you a time for pickup so they can control flow, problem is they let walk in shoppers get first pick eventhough you shopped online and confirmed payment then they assign a pickup time, if you think you purchased groceries and other household items, you get there and they dont botherto get your order, it's a bait and switch, promise one thing and show something different, horrible staff from management down, horrible work ethics, I wish a Costco would open up in the Monroeville area, I've traveled to Greensburg to get orders I placed online and never have I gotten attitude from Management and staff, I paid for the premium membership, Monroeville Sam's won't do birthday cakes if you don't order them a month in advance, Greensburg will do a cake order the same day because they care about their costumers

This review is specific to their Customer Service when having an issue with a tire. I called every day starting on a Sunday two weeks ago, finally had to actually go into the club on Wed. The Tire and Battery desk was severely understaffed and I had to go through the main Customer Service Desk.

I grew up with the closest Sams club being 45 minutes away, so having one in the town where I work is great! They've made some great improvements lately to improve the shopping experience at this store. They converted most of the checkout lines to self checkout so that there's virtually no lines anymore. They also have some of the best produce and meat in the area. Don't overlook the tire center either. The installation package includes road hazard protection so I got a free $150 tire when I got a nail in mine. And don't forget to get gas here, it's way cheaper than every other place in town.
