Yes, I knew what I wanted when I came it which helped Matt (my saleman) I did by pillows too, I didn't know I wanted them, but I am thrilled with them! I haven't received my bed yet but I am looking forward to getting that soon too!

Ask for Edyta! She's so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so excited for my new bed and the entire process was so easy and delivery a breeze. They were even able to accommodate a later delivery since we are moving.

Their good at selling you a bed.Just pray nothing goes wrong with it and you need service.Very frustrating.3.5 hours on phone calls and waiting for call backs.Still waiting. Bed stuck for 4th time in 6 months.I want a Adjustable Base Service Tech NOW.Fix your product.HERE WE ARE ANOTHER YEAR LATER AND BED STILL ISN'T WORKING PROBERLY.ON GOING PROBLEM.I PRESS UP OR DOWN IT GOES DOWN.SAME ISSUES SINCE WE PURCHASED IT.BAD ENGINEERING FOR THE MONEY WE SPENT.STILL BROKE ... NOW THAT I REALLY NEED IT.THANKS, SLEEP NUMBER !!Here we are September, 2023 .... STILL issues with this bed.3 years and constant issues.And that's when I'm aware ... I don't adjust this bed everyday.BAD DESIGN OR ENGINEERING OR WE JUST HAVE A LEMON.

This is a funny story. I was coming out from the Starbucks and I saw the sign for beds on sale at Sleep Number I said I don’t need a new bed my bed is two years old. So I went into the store and came out with a new bed one that will support my whole body. The sales person was OUTSTANDING couldn’t ask for a better customer service. She did her job well. Thank you again for your OUTSTANDING customer service. DS.

Sleep Number MonroevilleI don’t normally write reviews. I reserve these for exceptional products and service.The Sleep Number store in Monroeville gets 5 stars. When you enter the store, you are greeted by friendly associates who are truly interested in helping you get a good night’s sleep. We spent a significant amount of time with the manager evaluating our sleep options before we decided to purchase the P6 bed. A delivery date was scheduled at that time. The bed was delivered as scheduled by Sleep Number employees. This is important, because the delivery associates know the product and take the time to properly set up the bed and explain the operation to the purchaser. They deserve 5 stars as well. We were delighted with the sales and delivery process, now it was time to see if the product lived up to it’s claims. The bed is sooo comfortable. After sleeping on the bed for a week, we realized that we were waking up refreshed and ready to face the day like never before. The Sleep Number app on our phone confirmed that we were indeed sleeping very well. We liked the bed so well that we purchased another P6 for the second bedroom several months later. You owe it to yourself to try a Sleep Number bed for a good night’s sleep. You have everything to gain and nothing to risk, since they have very accommodating return policy. But I’m guessing you won’t be returning your Sleep Number bed.
