Worst cut I've ever had!!! Hair is 500 diff lengths on top of being crooked.my hair looks nothing like it should...can't even go back to be fixed or i'll be bald! I'm so upset ? I'm beyond angry!! I'll never go there again. Wouldn't send my dog there..smh
Requested style: I had a picture of the style and kept saying this doesn't look like style. I guess I didn't know what I was talking about or did I? Unreal!
Stylist: Young and don't know how to cut hair. Was cutting it dry until I said something. And only sectioned the top. I'm pretty sure you're pose to clip a few sections off and not just start randomly cutting... I told her I had an event to go to...Guess that didn't matter...

I went here for a simple trim and they buzzed 3/4 of my head. They didn't even it out at all. Now my hair is long in the front and buzzed on the top, back, and sides. I have a date tomorrow and I'm gonna have to try and scramble to find a hat now. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

The place across the street absolutely butchered my hair 2 months ago (great clips) and I came here in hopes of a better experience. Amber fixed all the issues and helped me with advice and guidance thr whole way through. I highly recommend this place and Amber

Never had issues getting my 4 year old child’s hair cut before. We usually go to the barbers. But sometimes go to Supercuts, Greatclips, and Sportsclips to save money. It’s only been a month since his haircut cut at the barbershop, so he really just needed a light touch up. I asked for a low skin fade and to please not cut the top. She said it wasn’t blended well and that she could do an undercut. He’s had a low undercut before so I was okay with that. But I still did not want the top cut. I showed her exactly how low I wanted it cut. I pointed to the temples and said she can fade it low pointing down to his neck. She seemed to understand. But unfortunately I had too much trust in her capabilities. So I sat down, because he is used to getting his hair cut. I also do not like to hover over the stylist because I could imagine that is uncomfortable for them. I should have never looked away. Because when I looked up, I was horrified to see that 3/4 of his head was shaved. And she was cutting the top. Shaved off all the sides and back with zero fade. Left a small patch at the top that is completely butchered. Even if I asked her to cut that much hair off, it’s still butchered. There are spots of hair missing as she went lower in some areas. That is not even an undercut. I had to stop the haircut. I let her know this was not what I asked for. She did not charge me and apologized because I was clearly unhappy. But I would not have paid for that anyways. There is no hair left to even get it fixed at the barbershop. Lesson learned. I regret this decision terribly as his hair was not bad, I just wanted to touch up for picture day next week.I would rather pay more money for the barbershop than to risk another cheap haircut massacre. Will never return or recommend.
