Poor customer service, felt like I was being scammed by the very people there to help you not get over on u, long story short the deal quoted over the phone is what I got, the store version added more money to bill unfortunate will never go there again employees need to know same info that is given over the phone DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS

Bought your internet service and within 24 hours realized we needed something better, called customer service to cancel service and they told us to return the equipment to a T mobile store! My husband returned equipment and the employee asked my husband why he was returning it to them?!?! (That’s what the customer service agent told him to do????)The lady was rude!!! None the less I took a hit on the start up fees, even though we had the equipment for less than 24 hours, received an email stating that we returned it and now I’m still getting charged for the service!I call customer service and give them the little bit of information I have because we don’t have the service (order number, our name ? , phone number and nobody can help us??? Yet T mobile is taking the money out of my account?? I was told I have to waste more of my time and go into T mobile again!! Totally disgusted

I had trouble with my iPhone 11 getting connected to the cellular data and we came in here and And they said something was wrong with my iPhone 11 so we updated to the iPhone 14 it was really great. They helped us through everything. Thanks so much for helping us.

Anaiyah and Taylor have great service! 3 of my family members upgraded their phones. Anaiyah explained everything thoroughly...phone features, options, cost comparisons, etc. The phones took forever to transfer data from the old phone to new phones but Anaiyah was patient. She didn't make us feel bad that we were still there beyond the closing time. This was a very enjoyable experience!!

I bought a new Pixel 8 from Google that I received a week ago. I am a T Mobile customer and went to the Monroeville location to have my data from my Pixel 3a downloaded to my new Pixel 8. The agent who was so helpful was Darren. We also talked about T Mobile internet which I am seriously considering. Just wanted to give Darren a shout out for his help.

Anaiyah, Olivia, and Barry all were so incredible dealing with us yesterday. they were kind, patient, informative, and more than willing to have conversations aside from what we were dealing with, with opening new lines and transferring phones. i would absolutely recommend!

The young lady who worked 09/18/2024 in very unprofessional and has a poor attitude. I am not sure why she has a job in sales. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location to get proper sales service. I made the mistake.

I visited this store to upgrade my phone as the one I had was damaged. My initial experience was fine, nothing to overly complain about. I reviewed the options and chose a phone.During the course of the purchase, I was told conflicting information about promotions and they attempted to get me to add a watch line to my account even though I have one already. Once that was settled and set aside, I chose the accessories I wanted and the purchase was completed.The associate opened the phone box and I noticed it was not the color I had requested. When I pointed it out, they said they could do a return but there would be a $70 restocking fee. I argued that it's ridiculous to expect me to pay a restocking fee for an item I didn't request, but the management at the store sided with the employee and told me there was no way around the restocking fee. I stuck with the color given, and after the store associate installed the usual bloatware and set up the transfer between my phones, I was left alone for several minutes. When I asked about leaving to get a drink, she indicated that I didn't need to stay at all and the transfer would complete eventually if I kept the phones together.Ultimately, I did receive an upgrade as I intended, but the customer service was very lacking and the process took a long time even before the transfer begun. I'm frankly appalled that there was no attempt to even apologize for getting the incorrect item, and instead they argued that I did not request the color that I did.I would have been better off just purchasing the items online and doing the transfer process myself.

Terrible experience. Be forewarned. Tmobile not the company they used to be. Associates "sell" you on promos and "free" upgrades and accessories, telling you that your bill will be the same... but it's all a scam. It's not are not actually promos, YOUR BILL WILL NOT STAY THE SAME. While they type one thing into the screen, they are literally lying and telling you another. By the time you receive your 1st statement is when you realize what's happened and then it's up to you,the consumer, to figure it out, and clean up the news. The associates have already gotten their commission on the giant "sale" they sold to you and when you go into to have them look into it... they all play innocent or d****
