Nice clean and well organized store. Helpful and friendly staff. Quick, easy, and convenient online shopping and pickup. Visit often. Rarely disappointed. Be back soon.

Set a budget and take only that money there. Everyone has experienced Target over spending at this point

Target ? Mobile is very easy to use. Gets you a percentage off of stuff sometimes and 5% off at checkout with your Target Card.

Targets are one of those sorta iconic all the stores are the same formula kind of places...but it's still a good place to shop. My son wanted to stop in to see if they stocked an album he was looking for...and they had it. A couple tee-shirt and other stuff later he was happy with his purchases and the prices were okay by me. Nice location.

This store is ridiculous. No cat food for a month. Remove the melatonin that you buy, stops stocking the hair products people buy, no one to help you because every week the rearrange the store and you can't find anything! Who is the manager of this store????

This is a Target. It's a very average Target. I don't get outraged by stupid little things that happen everywhere and write nuclear reviews (like the low-star reviews you'll find here). Sometimes, due to the pandemic, they don't have everything I wanted to buy, but that's happening everywhere. I don't sweat the small stuff.I've never had a bad experience at this store. The staff is friendly. The store is clean. The shelves are stocked as well as any other Target (or other discount box store in the US). There aren't screaming babies in every aisle (like at the Walmart). I like their products and the convenience of being able to get dog food, a few snacks or groceries, and a set of sheets all at the same place.I'm not crotchety or persnickety. So... this is a Target. A very average Target.

Today I went to the Target store in Monroeville and with a pandemic, it is unbelievable that they do not disinfect the carts. Not only that, but the people that were working there we're not wearing gloves and I only saw two women wearing masks. I guess they don't understand how viruses are spread. It makes me feel unsafe going in there, plus the shelves are never stocked. And when I mean never stocked, even in the best of circumstances. I'm not sure what the problem is with this particular store and I don't know if the manager ever reads these reviews, but he or she should. I've decided I'm not going back to the store anymore. They never have what I want. And now with this crisis, it's just unsafe to go there.

If I could give a zero review I would. My brother who is black ( Im white if that means anything) was in Monroeville, Pa target and they were followed around like damn criminals! His daughter, my niece was with him. She's only 12 about to be 13 and this is her introduction into racial profiling! Train your staff better. You need times, places and people contact me!
[email protected] I'm not the kind of person who throws accusations lightly. This is my brother and I will not stand for this!!!

I get my stuff ordered from here all the time but they are never stocked there shelves run out all the time. My shoppers always get frustrated and so do I unfortunately there only have 4 places I can get a delivery so tilll they expand I'm stuck witH Target but more I'm finding myself just waiting and going shopping else where. I have a baby so it makes things a lot harder please stock your shelves better.

I haven't shopped here in awhile and didn't miss it much until they launched their "Drive-up" and "pick up" service. This new buy online pick up or drive up service is a game changer. Using their store App, I can literally order stuff at 5pm and 'drive up' will have someone run my items out to my car in less than an hour. I don't have to get out of my car, deal with the elements, impatient patrons, crowds, zombies, over shopping my list, long checkout lines, and can even wear slippers. :))) This type of convenience can't be beat! Plus, the app notifies you when your order is ready for pick up. Its a multitasker's dream! While Amazon requires just 1 day, this service is on average less than 2 hours (depending on what you purchase and what's in stock). You can get almost anything in stock for as little as $20 and there are no surcharges. The game is changing for the better. I can get my stuff quickly and move on to my caregiving responsibilities with less stress and more ease. I highly recommend it and currently there are 4 open parking spaces for drive-up and a Target Circle discount program. I give them 4/5 stars because pickup at the desk can be slow and you can't get most market pantry or food items (e.g., some fresh groceries, Brioche buns) using this service.

I go to all the Pittsburgh-area Target stores, and have to say unequivocally that the Monroeville store suffers from a serious housekeeping problem (whereas the others do not). Example: There's a portion of the men's department that they use to park racks of brassieres and other women's clothing. It's directly in front of the shelves of men's clothing. And no, it doesn't move--although sometimes there are three racks rather than the usual two. What kind of merchandising technique is this? I wonder what Target corporate would have to say.

Warning to "pickup in store" online shoppers using PayPal. If you don't pick up an online order in time and Target cancels it, they do not credit your PayPal account, even though the website says "You'll receive a refund to the original payment tender for any canceled items." They will only send you a Target gift card, I had to call customer service twice to fix this, The first person was no help and didn't care. The second person was magically able to credit my PayPal (so it can be done). It just took 20 min of fighting on the phone and online chat to get what they promised on the website. It seems like a scam for them to keep your money at Target.
