“Bought a battery at the Murrysville location about a year ago for a car i only drive in the summer. Went to start the car and the battery was dead, even though it was on battery maintainer since fall. Brought it to Auto Zone to check, and it failed to hold a charge. Store employee (sorry I didn't get his name) said we stock that same battery and grabbed a replacement. I asked when I purchased it and he was able to find the transaction. He said it's still under warranty and said this will be no charge! I was going to ask about the warranty, but he beat me too it. Customer service like this is rare these days and wanted to share. Thank you Auto Zone Murrysville, you earned a customer for life!”

“On April 3, 2024 | had to call Triple A for assistance with a flat tire. The person who showed up from Angelos was a super nice, courteous man who did a quick job getting to my location and changing my flat tire. It was cold and rainy that day but he was still kind and not bothered he had to assist me in the pouring down rain. As he was leaving he said "enjoy the rest of day" and to drive carefully on the spare tire he installed for me. Now that is what I call great customer service.Norma P.”
