Extremely rude older woman! I went in not thinking with a USPS package instead of UPS package (honestly my bad) but the look and attitude this woman gave me was unnecessary she said “that’s for the post office” like I was stupid and then rolled her eyes very obviously. Along with saying “its pretty obvious” I do not appreciate the attitude especially when I was nothing but nice and understanding! I will never be going to that location again.

Every time I go into the store, they’re always so pleasant and go over the top to help me with my shipping needs. The last two times I went in. I had Amazon returns and some items that needed to be shipped separately. The owner of the store took time at her schedule as she was leaving the store for the day to help me and make sure that I had everything I needed before she left. I will never use another shipper. I trust this store with all of my packing, shipping and notarization needs.

I came in right at closing time (July 31, 2025) with several boxes that needed to be packed and labeled, and Christine and Dana went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient. All the staff were friendly and kind, truly excellent customer service. Thank you for making a stressful task so much easier!

Had to send visa paperwork. The associate (blue eyes + white highlights) was very kind and helpful, going above simply printing a label and sending the package!

Dana and the staff were beyond exceptional. We had to send urgent documents to NYC with special instructions and return instructions and she knew exactly what we needed and helped us every step of the way. 5 stars isn't enough. Super fast, friendly, reassuring, and professional.

I have been to this location several times in the past month. Employees in this location are rude and make it seem like you are bothering them when you need a little extra help.

By far some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. The older woman consistently rolls her eyes after each customer as if no one else can see her face. Also service is very slow. Always a line waiting.

No clue why this place has such a low rating. I have been here over 5 times, and every time the associates are extremely nice, helpful, and efficient.
Some of the associates have their hands tied with what corporate wants, so. It their fault. The renovation looks really nice too. Thanks to everyone there, all associates are great

Store closed 3 hours earlier than 5pm closing time. I called the store ahead before driving out 8 miles for packing supplies. They informed me that they would be closed at 5pm, but when I got there at 1:30pm, lights out, they were closed.

The staff here is very helpful. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable on ways to help get your packages delivered. Plus the Wi-Fi always works. This is a great store for these reasons.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
