This is an updated review & I was a bit worried after reading bad reviews & wondering how I could've had such excellent service last time I was there compared to those bad reviews. Well I had to return a 16lb box of stuff this a.m. & I had a return label in my phone that the place I was returning to had sent me. I showed the label to the young man behind the counter & he explained that the label was not the QR scan kind, that it had to be printed & that there would be a charge of $3.21. I said fine & he took my phone & did several "finger movements" & handed back my phone;went off to the printer, came back with a label & while putting it on my package said "You're all set ma'am,(with a smile)we have it from here & thanks for using the Monroeville UPS store." I was back in my car & it was only maybe 7 minutes from getting out of my car to getting back in, receipt in hand, & feeling very happy! GREAT SERVICE FOR SURE! FRIENDLY STAFF! QUICK! EASY! Btw, there was a sign that said "LINE STARTS HERE" but I was the only customer & we kidded about a "GreenAcres" episode where Oliver was the only customer & had to take a number "22" & the card holding thing had a card #4 & the idiot guy was calling out "#5? Does any one have #5??? #6? etc etc" but no one was there but Oliver with #22! They'd lost all the # cards between 4 & 22! So I asked if I had to take a #! The kid had seen that GA episode & we laughed. LOL! That's employee 231873, wish I had gotten his name. He was an excellent rep for UPS Store! I can't say enough nice things about that UPS Store!

Called this afternoon with a question. Girl who answered the phone was not really helpful, but worse was quite rude. Honestly the place is iffy at best with service since they seem to mostly employ kids. I don’t mind if a worker can’t help me but the unprofessionalism was alarming. Just admit you don’t know rather than speculate and talk rudely to customers. In the end, I wouldn’t bother calling the store with questions about their services. You’re better off talking to the robots on the corporate ups line.By the way, ups packages dropped at usps boxes WILL go to the company. It just takes a while. The useful robots taught me that.

Came with a return label for school textbooks and after 30 minutes of waiting, it didn't scan into their system. The label was provided to me by my university and was told by both The UPS store and my university that I'd be stuck with the postage since they don't reissue labels. Absolutely no help or customer service on either of their parts.

Stopped in to drop off a return to Amazon. When the employee finally wandered out of the back I asked if I could just drop the box off...she ignored me and started waiting on another customer. When she had to take a break while the customer paid...she finally looked at me...then she gave me attitude about dropping the box off . Rude and incompetent...my favorite from of customer service.

Went in today 9:30 am was not 2 store reps one was older scruffy white guy with a baseball cap very rude irate and disrespectful refused service even though I had a prepaid shipping label for my return made a huge scene and threatened to call the police on me even though I was on my way out the store once he said he could not help me with my return was forced to drive 20 minutes out my way to a different location who literally handled everything in less then 5 minutes and didn’t give me any problems. He claimed he owned the store even though it didn’t look like he owned a car or a place to live for that matter horrible representation of ups he was a manager at best and did not look or act the part. Terrible ups store location horrible customer service. They guy that replied is a lier and like I said was very rude and disrespectful I wasn’t in the store five minutes and I already called corporate that day and filed a formal complaint and I will not ever come back to your store and there is nothing further to discuss. Like I said horrible representation of the company.

I love this UPS store because the staff is friendly and always there to offer you assistant. The store has a welcome atmosphere. The staff is excellent on customer service and you don't find that to often these days.

I attempted to have a copy job done at this store. I called to confirm that my order was ready. I was speaking with a man who said “my family owns this store”.For the next 10 minutes, I attempted to explain why I was calling - to simply inquire about my order.This “owner” was clueless and insisted on asking me the same question over and over again! When I asked “ is there someone there who knows what they’re doing “ as I was obviously frustrated , he said “YES, me, I own this store!”I’m done with this store- it used to be my “go-to”.

I visited this location for notary services. The notary took her time, was friendly, and she was kind to all customers that I observed. The rest of the line was greeted and provided great customer service.
