I have been going to this store for years. I decided to leave them a long time ago but just haven't gotten around to it. Now, I will do everything I can to move all my prescriptions elsewhere. The service I receive here over at least the last few years could not be worse!!!!!! I have tried and tried and tried and tried to call them on at least four occasions because I had questions that could only be answered by them. I had to give up almost every time. No matter how many times I called, or what time I called, they REFUSED to answer the phone!! How does a pharmacy feel no responsibility to answer important medication questions from their own customers? Finally, someone picked up the phone this morning and then hung it up! The second time I called someone answered. I told him I was trying to find out why a prescription had not been filled. He curtly said the physician's office didn't answer their request to refill the prescription. I said it would be nice if someone would have let me know so that I could call the doctor's office to request they follow up. He proceeded to tell me he has a "couple hundred" people waiting for their service and they don't have time to do that. Baloney again. I already knew that was probably why the Rx had not been filled. That is because, even though you are expected to provide your phone number if they have questions or need to f/u, they have never contacted my physician's office to f/u on a prescription request. They cannot be bothered. They make you wait and wait and wonder why the prescription wasn't filled. Then you call and call and call to ask them for the status and they won't answer the phone. I tried to use two coupons from Good Rx for two prescriptions one time. They acted veryyyyyyyyyy annoyed! Two of them looked at me like it was a serious bother! They told me that it would take more than half an hour to run the coupons through their system, and I would have to return. Total crap. I used a Good Rx coupon at that same pharmacy before and they scanned it right in. I think they wanted me to tell them to forget using the coupon. I told them I would be back. When I returned to pick up the prescriptions, they said they could not apply the discounts and I would have to call Good Rx to find out why. I would be very surprised if they even try. I told them that they were rude for acting so very annoyed and that god forbid they should try to assist me with trying to get a discount on some medications! I have been going to Rite Aid for many many years. This extremely poor service has gone on way too long. I. AM. DONE.

This pharmacy seems to just do whatever they want to do. I have it on my profile and the kiddo's account that we want the non-child-proof lids on our prescriptions. She's a teenager, so we hardly need the child-proof lids. Sometimes we'll get the regular lids, sometimes we won't. I picked up three prescriptions one time and two had the child-proof lids and one didn't. I've asked them repeatedly not to give us the child-proof caps. I get a rather snotty answer that it's already noted on our profiles. The automated system drives us nuts. It calls when your prescription is ready, which is fine, but it will call for each and every individual Rx. So, if you're waiting on six, you'll get six automated calls, one after the other. The final straw for me, though, was when I went to pick up the kiddo's Rx today. It was called in to the pharmacy yesterday, but still wasn't ready by 11:30 this morning. When I got the automated call, we left to pick it up. We got to the pharmacy at 1:20 and waited in the drive-thru lane for 10 minutes behind two cars. When we FINALLY got to the window, they closed the curtains and told me they were going to lunch! They seriously would not give me the Rx. I was told to come back later after 2:00. (I did, but the line of cars wrapped around the building, and I had just bought ice cream at the store. If it took ten minutes with two cars, I couldn't sit there with six cars ahead of me, so I left). We'll now be going to a different pharmacy for our meds. Unless it needs to be ordered, I should be able to get necessary meds in less than 24 hours from when the doctor calls it in.

This store has repeatedly given me prescriptions I no longer take. It has also failed at automated refills. It won't take a verbal request to have a vaccination scheduled. And it fails to answer the phone at the pharmacy when you try to call in a refill that they haven't automatically refilled.

My favorite quick stop store in Monroeville, but avoid it like the coronavirus if it's snowing. They need to do a better job at clearing snow in a timely manner.
