They found every excuse in the world to not provide me with an upgraded phone even though I was eligible for one, wouldn't do it because I have the same address as my aunt but we paid separate bills, after probably about a year my phone finally gave up on me so I had to take my aunt to the store in person to explain to them the situation since she couldn't do it over the phone (ironic that it's a phone store) and then they told me I couldn't get one anymore since I returned my wifi box, there's so much more that I could add to this, I've been more than patient and wasted countless hours at the store, I walked next door to T-Mobile and they were more than happy to provide me with a new phone even the one that I wanted and did so within a half hour, I would highly recommend not going to Xfinity to anyone, I'm not even one to write a review on a place

Hello. My Internet went out yesterday afternoon and after troubleshooting it and speaking to Xfinity, they determined that my modem was bad and suggested exchanging it at an Xfinity store. I went to this one in Monroeville as it was closest to me. I walked in and Evan, the manager took my name and asked what I was there for and I told him I just needed to an exchange a modem. He put my name on the list and said they would call me. After waiting an hour and a half, and still not calling my name, He walked by and said you’re just exchanging right? I said yes and he said OK I’ll take care of it now. He took the modem and gave me a new one in a matter of three minutes if that. I watched him the whole time I was there and he literally did nothing. He might have checked on something here and there, but for the most part, he was just walking around. I don’t understand when I came in why he couldn’t have just exchanged it for me right then and there instead of making me wait for an hour and a half. I have been a Comcast Customer for an extremely long time and was very disappointed with my experience at this store!

Felt like the greeter was unprofessional. More felt like I was inconveniencing him by being there. The remainder of my visit was overly positive.

I was greeted as I came in the front door with a big smile. Someone took my name and within minutes, I was called to return equipment. The second person who helped me also had a big smile and was very kind and friendly. My whole experience took only several minutes as I was returning equipment because of a move. I was given a receipt and everything was taken care of professionally.

I was returning a piece of equipment. Only needed a receipt that I dropped this off. The sales person advised it would not be long; manager was taking care of these requests. I saw 3 people ahead of me leave their equipment. I was next in line to meet with the manager. However, I was advised that someone had been there 90 minutes who was not dropping off equipment. Additionally, another salesperson interrupted the manager to take care of her situation. I believe the salesperson who greets customers can easily take care of this. This is not customer service.

I am ratiing Amy. She helped me a lot. Xfinity overall lousy service. So far it had taken me 7 days without internet. My advice go into the store. Do not call you'll be drugged around the system and get nowhere.

Worst customer service there is. Unable to talk to a live agent and hung up when I asked for one. It isn’t enough that their prices are higher than any other cable company and they don’t want to help their customers. This is why I switched but my 92 year old dad doesn’t like change so he still has them. After this I will be switching him from Xfinity too. Not sure hi is they stay in business

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Spent multiple hours on the phone and on the live chat for over a week and I still have not received my refund. We moved and they can't service the new area, but yet I am being charged for a full month when we only had about a week of services....

My wife went there tonight due to connection issues. I got an email saying a line of service (her line) was requested to be canceled - We were trying to fix phone connection or upgrade device. She was there for over 2 hours came home and I said let me try to take out sim card and re insert. Opened it up and no sim card. She had tried esim when we 1st signed up with xfinity and there were times here and I both had 3 esims even though only 1 was downloaded. Called customer support to put in request to uncancel line and they said it could take up to 24 hours. What are we doing xfinity?????

Probably the worst store on rt 22. The manager was extremely rude and luaghed at me about my issues after he took my modem and left me and my autistic son with no wifi for a week to wait for a technician. He could have told me to take my modem back home and had a tech come out thus keeping my wifi service turned on until the tech arrived to upgrade the box. Also the man I spoke to before the manager was extremely unprofessional about every single aspect of life I can just tell these dudes hate their job. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would and I am seriously considering switching to another provider

They was rude to me and they didn’t help with my problem I have last year Comcast worst Company
