We entered this store on weekday afternoon, it was moderately busy. We started looking at phones, and in a few minutes, someone knowledgeable came to assist us.

Phone number listed is ONLY the main Xfinity number, NOT the number to call this store!This needs to be changed to the actual phone number to reach this store. Is important because it's impossible to actually get a human by calling the main Xfinity number!!

Service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I was sent away just as fast as I walked in. When they asked how they could help I was seeking to purchase two new phones and denied me with no further questions to understand the situation or fulfill/ accommodate my request, telling me to either go online, purchase over the phone or go to another store. I explained that the authorized user is handicapped and would not be unable to come into the store they did not take that into consideration even though I am an authorized user on my account.Observing customers that were ahead of me, it seems to be the same case that they would just rather not go the extra mile, do their work, and pawn it off to someone else ultimately to send customers away.Greeter at the door was nice though.

This place is the WORST.Early afternoon on a Tuesday I came to return unwanted equipment. I’m told someone will be with me shortly.After 25 minutes of the manager and two other employees gabbing by the front like it’s a barbershop, I ask how long it will be. I’m told as soon as someone is available.25 minutes later the manager thinks I’ve waited long enough to interrupt shooting the breeze say “oh my bad.”3 minutes later I’m out the door. 3 weeks later I get a bill for the equipment.The WORST. Comcast should fire the entire staff…

wost store to go to. very unprofessional horrible internet service also. manager stood around and refused to help anyone and was very rude to customes. i am reporting to customer relations

A complete waste of my time. Wanted to switch from Verizon for my elderly mom Showed staff power of attorney and they told me phone number would port over in five days on 5th day Xfinity called and said I was not the authorized person for account. Even tho I set up account with their staff in store. So I returned equipment. They could of cared less Sticking with Verizon. Total waste of my time

Only good thing here is if you have a phone to trade in talk to the store manager Josh I believe he gives the hook up on trade in on phones. He just credits your account since he is store manage other than that their service isn't the best or customer service.

If you wanna call into the store to ask a simple question… that’s too bad. Any questions you have you have to call the service number and they ask you a million questions before they even let you talk to an actual person and the actual person doesn’t answer any of your questions.

The manager Josh and the asst manager gave me outstanding customer service!!! I signed up for high speed internet with a field agent whom knocked on my front door. After installing equipment next day my service was interrupted over 5 times! After a total of over 5hours worth of phonr calls that nobody coukd seem to help. I walked in the store explained my situation and everything was fixed in minutes. Thank you folks for helping me!!!!

Sales associate wouldn’t assist me because they had to “man the door to check customers in”. Waited for 15 minutes while he was playing on his phone and 1 customer entered. Terrible service both in store and at home. It made me feel that much better that I switched to T Mobile and don’t have to be price gouged by xfinity again.

Xfinity/Comcast are thieves! Employees of Comcast get free cable! Who do you think pays WE DO. There were 7 employees standing around doing nothing. Kay who waited on me was rude. My bills different every few months. I have a contract I can't get out of it unless I pay remainder of contract,but they can add fees. I pay franchise fee I don't have a franchise then the privilege to watch sports fee! In November Iam done being ripped off by Xfinity. Most of my friends and family left along time ago. There should be a law against what they do. I pay $211.00 & still I have to pay to watch a movie on demand. If any of you are thinking about Xfinity don't do it THIEVES

Store manager josh m. needs to take a class on common courtesy. It’s not my fault he has to work on Christmas Eve. He was extremely rude. I needed to drop off equipment, it was the only day I had available to do it and he said “really? You’re coming here on Christmas Eve?” Sorry you had to do your job josh. This is just another example to add to my list of why I switched services. Xfinity is a joke.
