Toni is awesome! She has the utmost professionalism and CubeSmart is lucky to have her. The facility is well kept, clean, secure, and functional. Tony, the young lady, attended to my questions was extremely yeah, helpful and accommodating. I was already having a nightmare of a day trying to get the furniture in one of the storage unit. And Tony was very helpful in relocating me to make life easier. I would recommend that this location to anyone.

The front door service was good but once they have you as an owner you have no recourse as to when and how much the fee is raised. It went up very quickly over the last 5 yrs

Toni, is by far one of the best employees at Cubesmart on 309. She is always so helpful, smiling, and fun to talk to. Sometimes being able to talk to her, turns out to be the better part of my day while trying to move a bunch of stuff all day. I love using this cubesmart location, the rates they have for customers looking to by storage units are great and they have many great sizes to choose from. Will defonetly recommend this cubesmart for people to use if they need to store their things or vehicles!

Extremely disappointed would not recommend this place on Bethlehem Pike/Montgomeryville. On December 12, 2024, I made a payment via an automated call using my debit card. However, on December 16, I received a call stating that my payment was not received, and I was subsequently charged a late fee. After contacting my bank, I learned that no withdrawal had been made by CubeSmart. When I spoke with Toni at CubeSmart, I was informed that my payment was not accepted due to an error with the CVV number, yet I was never notified of this issue. Additionally, had I received a call I would have just traveled the 2 miles to the storage to have paid it in person.
I believe I should have been informed immediately about the payment failure, as this lack of communication has resulted in an unfair late fee. I expressed my concerns to the staff, but they were unhelpful and seemed more focused on collecting additional fees rather than resolving my concerns. I sent the District Manager, Haynes back in December asking for him to please waive the late fee and sent him the above complaint. Here it is 6 months later NO RESPONSE from him . I thankfully was able to vacate the storage and am so happy I don’t have to deal with the unprofessionalism , lack of help and lack of customer service and lack of satisfaction. Additionally, their rates continue to go up . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION.

The manager was extremely kind and helpful so my friend and I found the best storage place. This will declutter my house since storage is really hard with a lack of closets and all too small.
