I'm so grateful ? for the experience that I had yesterday with the young lady who assisted me.She was knowledgeable, respectful and genuine. I'd never rode on a golf cart before , so upon returning from the tour I enjoyed it so much I jokekingly asked if she could ride me around the whole property and she graciously obliged. I would like to work at a place such as cube smart one day !!!!Great atmosphere excellent experience ? well done.

The General Manager, Toni, at 1044 Bethlehem Pike, is a diamond! The support staff at CubeSmart that I have spoken with are very direct and helpful.The other storage companies that I have experience with are not very professional. This is especially true of Public Storage, and their top regional management - misleading, impolite, ignorant, frankly, children trying to take your money without giving anything back.Stay with CubeSmart; they know how to run a business.

Customer service is excellent at CubeSmart Montgomeryville! I downsized to a smaller unit and the transition was quick and painless. Toni in particular was extremely helpful in getting everything squared away and went above and beyond in following up with me about my new payment schedule. Positive experience all around.

This was the best price I could find on a 5x10 unit in the area. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their location is very convenient.

Extremely nice management that went out of their way to help me move out once it was discovered that my unit had been infested with mice. There are mice traps lining all the entrances to the building, yet they had no idea there was an issue. They did offer me 2 months rent refund to make up for the inconvenience and damage, though they did also charge me a full months rent on the day I moved out as well.
