I've witnessed Mike Help a Customer search for a particular Greeting Card because it was Important to the Customer, this was not the first or last time I observed Mike's Kindness and Dedication to his Customers. He has also Helped me, ordering things that I requested, going into the back room to pull things I needed that were not yet on the shelves ECT...

I have seen All Of The Staff There Keep Their Cool And Continue With Kindness under tremendous pressure, long lines with some customers complaining and losing patience, I may have murmured a few complaints myself in the beginning, not now, Now I'm Happy To See Them As I Know They Give Good Vibes And Unbeatable Service♥️Trucks bringing orders, Merchandise needing to be shelved...They Get It Done. 10 Stars?

I did go to a different dollar store recently, I've had issues in this store before but went anyway, just not what I want to Experience, I Want The Best- That Is Why I Will Keep Going Back To This Dollar Tree.

The associate was pleasant, I asked her for some items and a customer helped me find tissues for the nose. It is a nice sized dollar store, I just hate paying $1.25, it should be $1.00, like the store name says, Dollar Tree. Good night, Google Family.”

Update, store on Germantown Pike has gone to shit. Not sure what happened, my guess most of good staff left and they hired lazy ignorant people. When I've gone last two times store was a mess, stock sitting in isle, rude staff more interested in talking than helping customers. The worst was at check out her big mouth going with other cashier, never acknowledged me, rude and never spoke once or looked at me. Corporate do a better job to retain your staff that took pride in work. The older gentleman, and couple older women I won't say names but they needed to be kept and paid for their value. Glad I have the newer store in Linfield shopping area, nice store always stocked and great staff working hard to keep stock on shelves. I made switch will not be going back to Germantown Pike store again.”

“I’m unsure of her name but I was there Christmas Eve night and the cashier was so helpful. She had a great attitude with myself and every other customer I saw her come in contact with. She jumped to help with no hesitation the minute I walked in. Great attitude and helped me get in and out fast while making small talk which was very appreciated! Loved the attitude especially working late on a holiday!”

“Well, the Dollar Tree ? in Flourtown Pa. needs some help stocking the shelves. Customers can't go into the back room and get the products needed. It's up to the district manager and the store manager to get those shelves stocked. I don't know how they're going to receive this week's truck. I have been visiting every week for the Bee dishes, cups, and bowls. The store manager said she was going to get things on the shelves by coming in early. I see that hasn't happened. I hope she calls the Sal the District manager to help them. He's the only one who can get people from other districts to help stock them shelves.”

I also liked the Puerto Rican lady before them. Dollar general uses people up and disposes them. I'm a white lady and what I witnessed last week was disgusting. They hired two nasty women who were augmentative when I wanted a small refund for being overcharged. They also have low IQS, but I guess Ashley will be fired based on fact she deserves better benefits. Enjoy your bs, God freed the Israelites. No American nor Spanish should be treated so badly.”

“Good evening Google Family. This is my first time visiting this location of Dollar tree. I am here to purchase snacks and a few other household items before I view the movie, Wicked: For Good at the Flagship Water Tower Theater at 10:45 am, for the sixth time. We are not allowed to bring in outside food to the movie theater. I refuse to spend more money for snacks that I can purchase at the dollar store. At the movie theater, they want you to pay $5.00 or more for the same bag of chips, same exact size that I can buy at the dollar store. No way! My chips were $1.25 at the dollar store. Eileen was the nice lady employee working here. I found everything that I wanted here with the exception of the gallon Hefty bags and Nacho cheese Doritos. They had spicy ranch and ranch Doritos, but no nacho cheese Doritos. I asked a nice male employee and he said that he would ask and hopefully they will have them another time. I had a good experience here today. Work out, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.”
