“Nick was terrific! I brought my old and new android in to transfer the data yesterday, Sunday. My old phone was not compatible with my new android. He spent a lot of time with me, was very pleasant and professional. Nick was able to transfer my precious and priceless photos from my old phone to my new phone. He also helped me with Google Maps on my new phone that was not giving me the start option but just a preview option. Nick was able to locate the start option for me. “I have a pair of Dahlquist DQ20s with badly degraded foam, after deciding that his wasn't a repair I wanted to attempt on my own I spend some time searching on line and came across reviews of Bill's work at Millersound. I sent an email asking for details and he responded quickly, I saw that his location was about an hours drive from me so I drove there and dropped the woofers off on a Monday. He reached out to me on the following Saturday morning letting me know he had completed the repairs was was testing the woofers, he said that he should complete this in the next 90 minutes. He send a follow up email advising me that that they were ready to go and to be enjoyed. I drove there and picked them up that afternoon. It took me a couple of weeks to complete the restoration of the enclosures, I also purchased a wiring kit and replaced the wiring inside the speakers. I spent Independence day assembling the speakers, took a couple of hours as I did have to solder some wires between the crossovers and then to each of the speakers. Finally finished everything and decided to hear them listening to a new release of Steely Dan Aja album on my new Fluance RT85 turntable. I was amazed at the sound I heard, it's been a long time since I have listened to any music on anything other than a car audio system, so this was special. The clarity and the depth of the soundstage was amazing, I wish I had made the effort to get this done sooner. Thank you so much Bill for the quality or work, speed of service and the advise you provided me as guidance as I did this. I highly recommend anyone considering this contact Bill and have him take care of this service.”

“My phone screen had gone black, so my phone was still working but I just couldn't see what I was clicking on. The man working here was able to fix my phone in just 30 minutes and it was like my phone was never broken! He even replaced my phones screen protector (not sure if this was necessary for the process, but I appreciate it regardless). The cost was $200, so it might be worth looking at other places for better prices, but he still did a job well done and quick.”
