UPDATE:I was able to speak to someone at the location. I am waiting on a resolution.HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT/SERVICERenting from this location has turned into a total nightmare. I rented a Tesla that had a slow leak turned flat tire. Not only was I charged $530 for a tow from roadside, the vehicle wasn't towed for several days (which I was charged an extra $300 for). Oh and to make matters worse, I was charged $250 for keys despite handing them over to South Philly Towing driver. The tow place provided me with GPS details of when and where the car was picked up and dropped off from also with a photo of them handing the keys over. Despite having this Hertz customer service is refusing to refund the key charge or the extra day charge stating the location manager DIAVION SAUNDERS refuses to refund the charge. This is the worse car rental experience ever. A rental that was supposed to cost less than $200 cost me $1300!!! I will be reporting Hertz and DIA/DIAVION to the BBB and attorney general office!

They charge a late fee and they also charge for the extra days. I understand the charge for extra days but a late fee?? My car was getting repaired. I can't help that. I was also charged $184 for fuel and service? Not sure what that's about but putting gas in the car doesn't cost that much.

Great place to rent a car and or truck. Friendly staff really bailed me out when enterprise told me the morning of that my rental wasn’t available due to car shortage . Never going back to enterprise

A great local place if your in need of a daily car tental. They make your rental experience super easy. The car selection is great and they are always clean. I highly recommend this car rental place.

Worst Front desk person. I requested for another car at the time of rental but the person refused. I was hearing some sound was requesting for replacement vehicle but the front desk person was very less co-operate. Will never go to this center again. I wouldn't recommend others too.

After experiencing the worst customer service at two distinct Hertz locations1. Presidential Blvd. in Philadelphia and2. Marshall Rd. in Upper DarbyThe personnel at the Mongtomeryville branch provided me with my preferred vehicle by walk-in, which is not even possible for Hertz, but this crew is really cooperative and empathic.After having too much chaos on that day because of above 2 location, I realise that Brand name is nothing but your Staff makes it.

Honestly terrible. I was able to book a reservation online for 3pm pick up on a Friday only to arrive at the location and find it to be closed. There was no indication that you couldn’t reserve and pick up a car after or at 3pm, which if they closed at 3pm there absolutely should have been. Would absolutely not recommend.

They make everything so easy for me. I rent through the app, and pickup in store. Typically they’ve got me out of there in 10 min.

They canceled my week reservation 30 minutes before I was to pick the car for my reservation which I had called to confirm twice with in a week. Told me there was nothing they could do to help. The woman at the desk was rude and unsympathetic and made sure to tell me she had tried all morning, why did you not call me sooner! I will never use them again, horrible customer service through my whole experience only to have the whole thing fall through a few hours before I was to leave for a vacation I already fully paid for.

We just rented a mini van may/june 2023 for a family vacation. The brakes sounded like they were grinding everytime you used them. The AC fan rattled behind the glove box our entire trip. The passanger back door rattle as well the whole trip. The limit for blue tooth was already in the car so that we were never able to add ours and we had a very long trip from PA to GA. They don't wash or clean their vehicles. A week after we got back Hertz charged us a $181 platepass charge to our credit card. We were never told about plate pass and we used our ezpass. Called plate pass and it turns out that they enrolled us for plate pass and we were being charged for tolls in Mass and we were never in Mass we went south from PA. Now plate pass did let us know that Hertz is believed to have put the box on our vehicle from another vehicle and never reset it. Last year we rented a mini van from the same Hertz and that van smelled terrible like smoke for our whole trip that I had to buy air fresheners but it really didn't help. I will never use Hertz again. I gave them two chances and both were major fails. I would give a 0 if I could.

I’ve rented cars from this location many times before and today will be the last day. A car was reserved through Priceline and prepaid for a 3PM pickup. The hours of this location clearly say open until 5PM on Google. Upon arriving at 3PM an angry employee stormed out of the building and told us that the store is now closed. He refused to help us telling us our reservation is not his problem. I don’t know if this employee was having a bad day or what but that is certainly not a good way to treat your loyal customers. Another lady was standing outside who had also reserved a vehicle for a similar time and she also was not given a vehicle. All of this being said I really have had great service from the other employees here so I’m giving 2 stars, but the behavior displayed today was unacceptable.

Hertz commented recently in other reviews at this location saying that their debit card policy had changed and now they accepted them. Today I called to confirm it and a very rude gentleman told me that this was false information. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

after being told, if I place my reservation online... That if I came up before my scheduled pick up time that I would have no issue getting my car... I needed just a car for a few days and I came prepared to spend almost $700. I told them that I needed to be sure they'd have a car because my tires were messed up and I would need to have it towed from their location... But needed to get back to work for the day. I arrive there, and Isaac tells me that there are no cars available, that he told me on the phone how I needed to give him 48 hours... Which I'm not sure he could quite remember when he was speaking to two other people while on the phone with me... And then told me that my chime credit card wasn't sufficient enough. I explain to him how chime credit cards are secured, meaning, the money is already available... Versus a credit card, which needs to be paid off. He just looked at me and started yelling about policy this policy that. They lost out on a lot of money... If he could've gotten me literally anything I would have paid more. I have also gone to other locations and my chime credit was perfectly okay. Enjoy your stinky ass Office, Isaac.
