Staff unnecessarily rude. While waiting to be helped, a tech looked at me like I had 2 heads instead of approaching like any normal human being would. How hard can it be to at least ACT friendly in a customer-facing position such as this.

I called before I went over and the representative was very professional. He explained the turn around time of my oil change, and the price because I was on my lunch break. I got there, and they did exactly what was promised. The recommendations made sense and he didnt pressure me into making a decision right then and there. I will definitely take my car back and get the recommendations done.

They put too much oil in the engine and had to come back the next day.This time, the oil was taken out, and my oil light came on later that same day. It had to be done all over again after going to a different repair shop. I'm not going back there. I was really disappointed by the experience.

Place is joke, all three employees were fighting with each other the whole time I was waiting, wouldn't take my 15 dollar off coupon, he lied and said he took 15 off. Michael was rude.
