I understand there is a mail carrier from the Montoursville, PA 17754 post office who refuses to deliver mail of newspapers and brochures, small magazines etc. Companies spend $$$'s per year for print media and for the USPS to deliver. Is there any wonder why people are cutting back on using the USPS when you have employees who set their own rules. This is not acceptable, and the Postmaster needs to get it under control!

Held mail not delivered on requested date. This has happened several times. Receive others mail. Names and addresses not even close to ours. This is a small post office! I cannot understand why it is so difficult to read and sort the mail.

I'm in and out fast. The only down side is their hours, hard for me to make it to this location before they close.
