“I was referred to this business when I asked a mechanic if the crack on my windshield would pass inspection, and was told no. I called and the owner was friendly, relatable, and professional and got me in the following week. He could've taken me the day I called but I couldn't make it work. He worked with myself and my mother who works down the road from him to get my truck in and repaired. If he is unsure about diagnosing a problem, he will tell you, instead of doing what he thinks could solve the problem, charging you for it, and later finding out that it was an incorrect diagnosis. Very honest about telling you about the most cost effective way to correctly solve a problem. Cannot say enough good things about Jerry Ellis. Would trust him with anything. “Great service. Was on my way to a job site with a company truck when I picked up something weird in my rear tire. Instantly knew I was getting a flat and luckily made it to this location before losing too much air. They took it back immediately, and were able to patch the tire and had me back on my way to my job site in about 30 minutes. They saved me having to reschedule a job and didn’t even charge me, so I can’t say enough about the service and friendly staff.”

They aren’t as flashy as the bigger Ford dealers in the area and they may not have the inventory, but you get more of that personal touch that isn’t found at the big guys.
