As a KY guy living in Upstate NY, it was weird using AAA. Frank did awesome work on getting my family and I off the side of 81 and back home. As a past towing operator I understand the frustration of having to be away from family on long tows and long days. Hats off to Frank and this garage. Highly recommend.

The brakes on my SUV failed while I was out. Got myself into a parking spot in a shopping center but the brake pedal was to the floor, so I needed the car to be towed. Frank showed up and was great! Knowledgeable, personable, timely and professional. Would absolutely call Frank and Shawnee Boys again!
