“Absolutely loved it here. By far my favorite vet I've gone to! (And I've lived in quite a few different states). Very kind and knowledgeable. Addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions! Very patient and accommodating. I am beyond happy with this place and staff.”
“I made an appointment for my sons veiled chamelion Jupiter for an eye infection. There are no vets in my area who see reptiles and I was shocked that they took Jupiter on as a new patient and got her in quickly.
I was greeted at the front desk by a wonderfully friendly woman and a beautiful orange cat.
We met with Dr. Bob who informed me that he was not a reptile expert but would take a look and try to help. He was straight to the point and knew right away what the issue was, then went into a lengthy discussion about what the problem was with her eye. He also talked about the species, what caused her issue, how to prevent it etc. It was crazy for me to believe he wasn't a expert. He knew what he was talking about.
He then prescribed her an antibiotic and printed me off a bunch of very useful material regarding to her habitat and health.
He handled Jupiter with care and confidence and she seemed very comfortable the entire time.
Dr. Bob gave me the script eye drops in the office. So I saved waiting at a pharmacy.
The women at the office thought she was so cute and kindly asked if they could take photos with her. Of course I obliged.
Overall i feel as I definitely got my money's worth on this visit. 100$ for the visit, script, information sheets, and a complete breakdown of my visit on a form for me to keep.
Dr. Bob and his staff are beyond wonderful and I'd certainly return again!
Ps. It's only the day after and her eye has improved so much!”
