I was about to make a purchase, when I walked up behind this women being rudely talked to by the women employee. She had been patiently waiting and asked the employee to make a purchase, the employee with a very load voice, replied "when I'm done doing what I'm doing then I will help you, if you can't wait then oh well". At this point, I just walked away. After a few minutes I decided I had to say something. I approached the counter and let her know myself and dozens of people heard how rude she was, and I wanted her name but she refused. I then asked to speak to her manager, she said he's next door at Cinnabon. I went next door and explained what happened, and let him know he had lost 2 sales, he didn't care and wouldn't give me his name or hers. He told me to get out of his store, and I replied this is an airport not his store.

Wife and I where leaving on vacation out of Pitt International airport. We needed some food and drink and decided to stop at Auntie Anne's. I have had there pretzels literally hundreds of time in different places and never had an issue ever. I went to the counter the person was friendly and nice. I ordered two regular pretzels to go. My wife and I got to the gate area to eat the pretzels and discovered they where soaking wet greasy blobs. the pretzels where so greasy they where terrible.????? This was my first bad experience ever with Auntie Anne's pretzels. I hope this was just a fluke. I also found the price at the airport was about 1.50-2.00 more per pretzel than at a regular mall.??? I probebly would give them another chance if i was flying out again as I hope it was just a fluke that the pretzels where so bad.

This place is awful. First off, the prices are wayyyy higher. $7 for a large cup of pretzel nuggets? Really? The workers are rude, did not even give me a bag, and got her nasty hands all over my pretzels when she placed the cup in the bag after I asked her for a bag. I am furious. I know this is the airport but still, I expect some decent service and sanitation.

Refused to give a service dog tap water after his owner spent $20 there and told him to buy a bottle of water. Meanwhile any restaurant give courtesy cups even when you arent a paying customer. Disgusting

I went to the location in the A concourse and the worker was very short and rude. I ordered a Sweet Almond pretzel and there were a couple in the case. She proceeded to take the pretzels and throw them away right in from of my and tell me they were all out. I asked how long it would take to make and she told me to go to the other stand if I wanted it. Very unprofessional.
