Our family took a car there for an inspection. They then informed our family that brakes and rotors were needed and windshield wipers and that it needed new lug nuts. Over $1000 just to "fix" the car. But then were informed that they preformed an emissions test that wasn't necessary because the car was exempt from it. Then after we declined to have the service done there somehow something else broke and they expect us to pay to fix it!!! Then they don't return phone calls!!! CROOKS! RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNETHICAL CROOKS!!!

Came into look at jeeps listed available on your website. They were not even at the dealership! Even in service or being used as a loaner. Bill vargo was helping us and seemed not interested in the sale of a vehicle, and not very helpful. When we came through the door the first salesman on the left was great and extremely welcoming. Overall not a great experience.

I bought a past car from the Robinson location and should have known better than to come to any Diehl location. The CarPlay application in my Jeep kept flickering and the dealership I purchased my car from didn't have any openings, so this was my only option as I was leaving for a trip and didn't feel safe driving my car with a flickering screen. My appointment was for 10am, they didn't take my car back until 10:45. I KNEW the radio only needed a soft wear update to fix the issue. They did the update - which took three hours after being told an hour and a half to two hours AT 10 when my appointment was. Once the update was finished, they came out and pressured me into getting the radio replaced for $1,700 because the "system update didn't work". Mind you it was VERY inconsistent on when it would flicker, and glitch so there would have been no way for them to know that.. I paid the service fee, again was pressured into replacing the radio. It's not been almost a week - I have drove 500+ miles on a trip and it hasn't flickered once. They were beyond rude when I didn't want to order the parts for the replacement radio or schedule another appointment to replace something that doesn't even need to be replaced.

The worst experience ever! We have 1 vehicle, got a ride, and dropped it off Tuesday night, assuming it would be worked on the next morning. Wednesday comes, no phone call. Called them around 1-2pm for an update. They hadn't even looked at our car yet! When WE called back again an hour later, around 3, Brad told us they were just starting to look at it and diagnose the problem. 4:30 comes along and WE called them back yet again, a 3rd time.. we were told they're still diagnosing the problem and that they will call us back when they have an update. So, we requested a loaner car. We had no vehicle and I had to work Thursday. They told us they would put us on a list. No loaners were available. Ridiculous. When we inquired about our warranty, we weren't given much information at all.. Fast forward to Thursday 9am. They finally gave us a call with an update.. they were just starting to look at the car!! And Noah told us Brad was off all week. Nice. At this point, we were thinking we would hear back from them with our car diagnosis by lunch time. We did get the call about our vehicle's problems around 11-11:30. At this point, we had to inform Noah ourselves that we had a warranty. He said he would call us back and inform us what work would be covered. We never got the call. My husband went to the dealership around 230-3 and was then informed that our warranty expired and our car repairs would cost upwards of $1,800. Not sure when he was going to call with that info. Aggravated, my husband took the car and left. Of course, after paying $300 for them to diagnose our vehicles issues. We researched the issues that our car had and the time it would have taken to repair would have been 2 hours (and that's being generous).I'm not sure what the problem was or why they didn't want to help us, but it was completely unprofessional how they handled our situation. Again, we only have 1 vehicle. Most of our updates were obtained by US calling, not the other way around as it should have been. And if they didn't want to take the time to look at our vehicle in a timely fashion, a loaner should have been provided no questions asked. Was it because we didn't wait at the dealership for it? Would we have had a loaner if we sat around and waited for it all day on Wednesday? Or how about almost all day on Thursday? When were they going to start to work on our vehicle?Do NOT take your car to this dealership for anything mechanical. Diehl in Moon Township. You'll be wasting your time and will be stranded for 2 days without your car (not sure how many days total since no work was ever done to our vehicle), without answers to your inquiries, and have to deal with men in the shop that do not communicate with each other.. oh yeah, and being lied to that your car was being diagnosed a day prior to when they actually took a look at it. Epic waste of time ? ?

Ordered a part on the phone. The part arrived but it turned out it was not needed. I asked to return the part, that I had not even picked up yet.The associate on the phone was rude, hostile, and claimed he would speak with his boss in 2 days. He never contacted me back.I called days later and spoke to the parts manager. Previously there was a parts manager at this business was friendly and reasonable. That manager clearly no longer works there. This manager was even more rude and demonstrated a level of hostility I've never experienced before in a customer service setting. In the end, any return policy had never been communicated to me verbally nor by receipt as the part was never picked up.I was given a refund only because there was no other choice.Avoid at all costs.Drive a little further north to Beaver county auto where they understand customer service.Edit:When I expressed surprise at the restocking fee and the amount the parts manager responded "Well I could just make you pay the entire amount."The attitude, though will try to be spun as a miscommunication, was, at best, rude and unnecessarily hostile.

Will never take my vehicle here again. I dropped my truck off for known issues. It was covered under warranty but they refused to state there was an actual problem. The people were nice but refused to fix the problem that has recently gotten worse. Be warned do not take your vehicle here for warranty work.Update: I took my vehicle to Ron Lewis in Cranberry Twp who confirmed the problem and fixed it without question.

Don’t ever take your vehicle here. I knew exactly what was wrong and told them exactly what needed fixed. I informed them it won’t pass emissions inspection without getting the crack in the exhaust flex pipe fixed. They told me shouldn’t be an issue with the warranty covering it. Came back the next day and said the warranty won’t cover it. You’ll need to pay us over $3,000. No thanks. I’ll take it to a muffler shop and have it fixed for $300. So they still charged me a diagnostic fee plus the emissions fee when again, I told them exactly what was wrong and that it wouldn’t pass emissions. Why do the emissions test when I already told you it would not pass? I told them exactly what was wrong and where the crack was yet the still did a full diagnostic. They refused to waive the fee. The last Jeep dealer I took it to treated me so much better. I ended up calling the warranty company to find out what they put the claim in for and it was for the whole exhaust system plus the cat. That’s why they wanted to charge me over 3 grand. Find a less shady dealer cuz this one’s not the way to go.

We were welcomed the moment we walked on the lot. Bill Zivik was our sales representative. He listened to our preferences and found us the perfect vehicle. He made sure we were truly happy. He did not play games and was a true gentalman from finding the car we liked to the price ( no back and fourth notations) to totally going over the car and helping me set all the settings for driving prefrences like light timing, radio paring my phone and so on. He made sure I knew all the buttons.?Bill introduced us to the service department and the finance/managers. We were also informed about our plan packages of car wash, state inspections, and oil changes.Absolutely everyone was 100% genuinely kind. We are very happy. We recommend DIEHL to get a car new or used. They do care and will help you the best they can.

Great dealership with the nicest people. MAKE SURE you ask for Damien as soon as you walk in! He will take care of you and help you find EXACTLY what you’re looking for. Jesse and Brent, both managers, were phenomenal to work with as well. They set me up with the right price and I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with both. And even into the finance department, Ben was so helpful and explained everything clearly. The whole process was a breeze and I couldn’t recommend these guys more.

A couple days ago I took my 2017 Ram to this dealership to address a faulty backup camera as well as a faulty drivers door sensor I will begin by saying that I live in Pennsylvania but the truck and its bumper to bumper warranty were purchased in West Virginia two years ago. I will also say that I have had this truck into another dealer (closest to me at the time) for service and have had absolutely no issue getting warranty work approved and completed. Since the time that work was done I moved to another town and the more logical choice to take my truck in for maintenance was Diehl Chrysler. Scheduling the service was very easy and my interaction with the service writer was very pleasant. Through text messages from the service writer I knew exactly when my truck went in for diagnostic and I did receive a text from the service writer once the warranty company was contacted. Later that day I was informed by the service writer that the warranty company (although approving the maintenance) were not going to cover the cost of everything leaving an uncovered balance of $171 not including my deductible of $100 that I would have to pay out of pocket. I called the warranty company to find out why they weren’t going to cover everything. The warranty company was in dispute with the dealer regarding pricing of parts and labor and they gave me specific examples. I drove back over to the dealer to speak to the service writer. We briefly discussed the discrepancies. I told the service writer to go ahead and do the maintenance and that I would cover the cost and later make any call or file any paperwork needed to find out what would cause such a discrepancy between the service department and the warranty company. Shortly after leaving the dealer I received a call from the service manager. We discussed the discrepancies as well as addressing the comment I made about making calls and filing paperwork to find out why this discrepancy happened. In response, the service manager informed me that they were not going to do the maintenance on my truck, they were not going to charge me for any diagnostics that had been done thus far and that I should come and get my truck and take it somewhere else for the maintenance because they didn’t want to, in their words “be on the wrong side of this”. I told the manager that the unwillingness to work with the warranty company and find a solution already put them on the wrong side. I was sent a survey from the dealer earlier in the day and I said that my survey would reflect my opinion of the interaction I experienced that day. Their response was “I would rather get a bad review than argue with the warranty company”. I was taken aback by the lack of indifference in that statement. I immediately went back to the dealership, was giving my key fob and a receipt reflecting a zero charged balance, picked up my truck and left. Wanting to do my due diligence I called 4 different Dodge dealers for price quotes of the parts in question. 3 of the four dealers quoted me prices consistent with the pricing suggested by my warranty company. The fourth dealer pricing was actually higher that that of Diehl. Wanting further information I also called a couple different agencies just to confirm what I already suspected and that was that each individual dealer has at their discretion the ability to adjust their prices. I am writing this review to communicate with other consumers to do their due diligence and ask questions when taking their vehicle in to any dealer to have warranty work done. Specifically to ask questions when they are being told that their warranty company will not pay for something. I strongly encourage the consumer to Call your warranty company to find out why. As for my experience with Diehl Chrysler, I will not be returning nor, if asked, will I recommend them to anyone. I understand that in a capitalist society each company has the ability to adjust their pricing. To me with the dollar amount in question, it becomes a question of business morals and ethics.

Two hybrid vehicles within a month! We have been working with Bill Zivic for over 20 years and are extremely pleased with our most recent purchase - Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe. The Overland joins our Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe received in May. Bill is our go-to for our vehicle interests and Diehl's staff and service always, always satisfies.

Took my new RAM truck here because the air ride service light kept coming on every 5 min. The tech reset the log and then took the truck for a 5 mile ride. Within that 5 miles, the light did not come back on so they called it fixed calling it a "computer glitch". On my 30 min ride home, the light came on and did so continously every 5 minutes for the next several weeks until I had time to schedule another service appointment. Called service during business hours, no answer and the voice mailbox was full. Called the main line, no answer but was able to leave a message. Waited a week, no call back. Made an appointment at another dealership. They updated the air ride module software and the light has not yet come back on. I guess Diehl is so busy with repeat customers who never got resolution to they're issues the first time that they can't answer their phone or be bothered with new appointments..

I am not one to often write reviews, but I recently had the pleasure of making a purchase from Diehl Automotive Moon Township, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the team. Damian, my salesperson, played a key role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable car buying process and the manager Brent made sure he was able to get me out the door hassle free. One of the standout aspects of my experience was how Diehl Automotive Moon Township handled the trade-in of my Canadian-titled Jeep Wrangler. Despite the potential complexities involved, the team made the process effortless. They took care of all the necessary paperwork and legal requirements, ensuring a smooth transition to the new car.Damian went above and beyond to understand my preferences and find the perfect fit for me. He presented multiple options, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through the decision-making process. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the VW Tiguan were evident, and I felt confident in my choice. I typically hate going into dealerships as they always rush you into something and just get you out the door - that was NOT the case here. What truly set Diehl Automotive Moon Township apart for me was heir commitment to customer satisfaction. 1 day after driving my new car off the lot, I mixed up the radio to factory settings - they told me to swing back through and fixed it within a moments notice. Throughout the entire journey, the team demonstrated transparency, honesty, and attention to detail. They offered a range of financing options, working diligently to secure the best deal for me.Again, I typically don't ever write reviews but these guys know what they are doing and make sure the details are covered. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Damian and the entire team at Diehl Automotive Moon Township for their exceptional service. If you're in search of a car dealership that delivers top-notch customer care, I highly recommend visiting Diehl Automotive Moon Township. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a standout choice.Thank you, Diehl Automotive Moon Township, for the outstanding experience and for helping me make the transition from Canada to the States!!
