Arrived to the airport ? hours before my scheduled flight. I decided to purchase a classic roll and a bottle of water. The young man who waited on me was friendly. My total was over $11. He asked if I was military . Informed him I am a disabled veteran then showed him my id. I received a shocking 25% savings on NY two items. We had a good conversation before I returned to the boarding gate which was in close proximity to the store. Oh my goodness this cinnamon roll was so delicious felt like the best one I had ever had. I saved the best part for last the center .

Stopped by here when I had to wait 2 hours for a delayed flight and was greeted by a lovely guy apart of their staff that was working. It was about 7:30pm. I had never tried Cinnabon before, and he suggested to get a classic roll and I was lucky enough to receive one that had just come out of the oven! He included my icing on the side for me to put on myself so it wouldn't melt off everywhere. It was a good cinnamon roll, but pretty underwhelming in my opinion for all the hype that Cinnabon gets. The smell is always amazing though when passing by. Hats off to the employee with good energy and a positive attitude that they're lucky to have on their crew. I would visit again and try something else.

The morning crew at Cinnabon are absolute heros. When you are laying your head on a soft comfy pillow dreaming about your next holiday destination, these people are riding the airport shuttle at 2:30AM to get here to put your delicious cinnamon rolls in the oven. I needed a quick coffee before my flight and Cinnabon delivered.

Waited at the counter for 20 minutes. The two ladies finally walk up to the counter after a “10 minute break” but instead of wait on me, they take personal phone calls and continue to ignore me. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 STARS isn’t low enough.

I ordered online for delivery from the Moon location yesterday afternoon. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, the driver was great and the food was amazing. I can’t usually gush over pizza place food, but everything was spot on! The wings were a good size and cooked great, the amount of sauce on them was perfect (mango habanero). My stromboli was exactly as I ordered it and most importantly, the portions in it were excellent. It was not skimpy by any means, but not so overstuffed I couldn’t lift a piece. Chefs kiss to the team yesterday!

Ooh, I always enjoy one of Cinnabon's tasty albeit unhealthy cinnamon buns with icing! This Cinnabon restaurant was located near my airport terminal, and I stopped by to purchase breakfast. The line of customers was a little long, but I expect a wait at a Cinnabon. My husband ordered a Classic Roll, and I ordered CinnaSweeties™, which are bite-sized donut holes that are covered in cinnamon, and Cinnabon Stix®, which are similar to churros. We enjoyed the taste of these foods. We also ordered juice and water. Other menu items included cinnamon rolls with caramel and pecans and in smaller sizes and drinks such as coffees. The cashier/server had a friendly personality, but I noticed that her face mask did not cover her nose. She did say thank you and told us to have a great day.

Opened early on a Monday (4:30 am?) but no one at counter to serve customers despite repeated calling out by customers to an open back room area.

So, here's the thing ... I am originally born and raised in Pittsburgh. I moved to California 7 years ago (2014). In these seven years, a lot has changed but one thing has not - my love for home and the East Coast; not to mention the gloomy feel I have every time I depart Pittsburgh to go back to Long Beach. However, there is ALWAYS a silver lining when leaving Pittsburgh & that is the thought of knowing that I can gladly treat myself to a pick-me-up cinnamon rolls... the sweet frosting scent immediately hits me from the terminal as I'm lagging my carry-on with and holding back my tears. And there it is, I see my savior and the only positive part of my long flight back home. Nothing like a lemonade and sticky bun to make your trip a bit more bearable. It honestly never fails. Granted, I was just there on May 28th & I did not get to get any due to the long line and a "now" baby with me. Nonetheless, the scent alone was enough to warm me up. It is amazing what the psychology of food can do. I can say I am a sweet tooth but certain things about a trip really stay with you. This is it. Please NEVER close !!! Thank You
