I’ve always been skeptical of the dealership. Only going there once to buy a car. I would never in a million years think about getting my vehicle serviced by one. Well this place changed my thoughts. Their service department is amazing. Fair and honest staff, extremely knowledgeable and friendly too! Prices may be a bit higher then an independent shop but for once I feel comfortable letting them work on my car! For as long as I own my Volkswagen I will continue to get it serviced here at VW Moon!

We did some shopping around in this area and when we got to this dealership we were greeted by Marilou, she was very helpful and did everything she possibly could to make the experience easy and enjoyable for us. If we had a question she was finding the answer one way or another! She was very personable, polite and patient with us. She continuously kept us updated and tried to be as helpful as possible. I would recommend this place just because of how great she was during our experience!

This place epitomizes the sleazy car salesman stigma. I will walk uphill in the snow before I ever buy a car from these idiots. Calling a ConMan a ConMan had the sales person get in my face like he wanted to fight. If you're looking for stupid and aggressive you should come talk to these guys. I hate to even give them one star but you can't post a review with a negative rating. Don't ever make the mistake of walking into this place

Bought a used car here. Price came to over $29k once I bought the warranty they suggested. Owned the car 2.5 months and all the lights came on and the car started smoking, pulled over to the side of the road and had it towed. No prior warning at all. The car was at a normal heat level until the lights came on. Car was towed to Volskwagen. They could not diagnose the issue, so they said it would be towed to Chrystler, but it would be free under my warranty. Got a call the next morning from my warranty saying it would cost me $150.... definitely no free. Had AAA do the job instead. Basically, with no prior warning, the engine died cause there was no coolant fluid in the car. AFTER 2.5 MONTHS! I don't know about you, but I would guess this would be something they checked before I drove off the lot. There is no way after 2.5 months that there should be zero cooling fluid in the car. Now, I am stuck with a $12k engine repair and the warranty covers nothing. Should have just bought a new car. When I called to talk to them about it, they said there was nothing they could do. They either sold me a piece of junk or were negligent in checking the fluid before I drove off the lot. The manager who I spoke with said he would look at used engines and then asked if we were OK. LOL! What a joke. I ensure him WE WERE NOT OK. Now, I did purchase the oil changes from them for as long as I have the car. You can be sure, Volkswagen of Moon, that every time I am in there getting an oil change, I will ask you to top off the coolant. I will shout it at you in front of all your customers in your lounge and ask you do do it since you clearly neglected to do so when I bought the car which caused me to need a full engine replacement 2.5 months later. I will be your worst nightmare as long as I have this car and will make you wish you never knew me. If I so much as see an eye roll from your staff I will come on here and write another review.

I drive my 2004 Touareg until it was falling apart. I Limited into the Volkswagen dealership of Moon Township. I really wanted a Tiguan but I thought the price was over my head. I was lucky to get the sales person Billy Smith to help me. He made the entire transaction doable, easy and actually pretty fun. I got a fabulous Tiguan that I am absolutely in love with!! If it wasn't for Billy Smith I probably would not have gotten one. He is a absolutely the best!!! Go to VW if Moon Township and ask for Billy Smith!!!

Can I knock 3 stars for the people being disingenuous but then bump the score back up a start because this was , sadly, my best experience with a dealership and service center? Well, I'm gonna. A while back I booked an appointment for my cars horn, aux cable functionality and (non urgent (deemed by a separate place) check engine light issue all fixed. This place for other issues which were all mostly solved too. Great.But, I booked the appointment for essentially first thing on a Saturday, the best option for me with work and given they didn't have loaners available. I show up, give them my car and they call me a Lyft home. A couple hours later I get a call back saying "so we don't know what's wrong with your car and we're closing soon. Come get it." I come to find out when I got there about 30 minutes later that they just hadn't had the time to look at my car. If you're backed up and can't look at my car, tell me that when I drop off my car. Be honest. I ended up getting a loaner that had apparently just been dropped off and then got an email and phone call about my car and the issues first thing Monday morning. So, my appointment as scheduled originally was a waste. I could have just dropped the car off, as a walk in likely, on Monday and gotten the issues fixed then and there. My big issue is that they didn't give me the honest truth that they hadn't even looked at or gotten to my car. Don't lie and say you don't know what the issues are with my horn, aux cable and check engine light. Don't pull the wool over my eyes only to then actually look at the car when my father in law talks to your service techs. But hey, silver lining: James at the service center was very nice and I'd like to buy him a beer.

James and Chris were super helpful and very patient with me as I tried to sort things out for my car. Service was really great, definitely noticed an improvement in performance as soon as I left. Really great across the board, everything was explained and done well and timely.

Always a friendly place for some parts mostly these days. Bought my GTI here and loved it ever since. Brett has always taken care of me. Service team seems to always take care of my vehicle every year for inspection and when I just can't get to what I need. Thanks guys.

I have always experienced a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The quality of the maintenance work has always been excellent. The renovation of the building has provided a wonderful open, airy, and clean space.

The staff was nice. However, i went in for one thing (which i knew would be covered under warranty) and miraculously they found something else wrong . Needed a new oil filter since the gasket wasn't pushed far enough back . Charged me 149 to "diagnose" the problem. Any mechanic with a brain should have been able to spot that and correct it . Essentially, I paid 149 for an oil change . This is twice this dealership has been shady . I will only return here if something should be covered by warranty .
