Had an issue with refinancing a mortgage. Brittany said the taxes and insurance were included and they were not. Now the payment is $450.00 more a month. I tried to see what they could do to help with this situation but both Brittany and the Branch Manager, Lucas, were rude, disrespectful, and not helpful at all. If you're going there for a loan make sure you know exactly what you are signing.

I imagine that negative reviews are probably quite common when money is involved. I have banked with Dollar Bank for decades and have never had an issue here and each teller or representative has been friendly and accurate with prompt service. Beyond that, I have had additional bank accounts with other banks and credit unions in the area and my husband has banked with other institutions. Dollar has outperformed all of them by far.

Angela, the manager, was very helpful in helping me to clear a check. I need the money to close on a house in Florida and she was able to expedite the process. I know she had to make several calls in order to make this happen, and I am very grateful! Thanks Angela!

DO NOT USE THE ATM’S AT THIS BANK...I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT MY CARD IN THE MACHINE FOR 1 MINUTE AND IT SUCKED IT BACK IN AND SHREDDED IT AND I AM 1500 MILES AWAY FROM HOME WITH NO OTHER MEANS FOR MONEY...THIS BANK MUST THINK MORE ABOUT CHEAPER ATM MACHINES THAN THEY DO THEIR CUSTOMERS...YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD PURCHASE THE MACHINES THAT WANT GIVE THE MONEY UNTIL THE CARD IS PULLED FROM MACHINE LIKE 99% OF THE COUNTRY HAS NOW???
