I’d give 0 stars if I could… Car sat there for 3 days and they still couldn’t get the job done do not bring your car here… go to auto illusions around the corner and when I got in my car my AC was cranked up to the max lol I don’t even ever do that to my car Atleast turn it off before turning off the car guys stink up here. Also they stained my tire with some type of spray lol I mean jeez damaged my car and didn’t fix it place absolutely sucks lucky I don’t come back up there.

Visited Moon Township location with an emergency tire situation. Craig took care of my problem immediately and got me back on the road without an appointment.
I would highly recommend this facility for any tire issues.

Too bad I can't opt for zero stars. I used the website to select new tires for my truck. It gave me a price quote of $1,200. Only after taking the old tires off the rims, the store told me they didn't have that tire in the correct size, so I had no choice but to take the bait and switch for more expensive tires. To add insult to injury, the tire change took three hours, with an additional hour for a rear alignment. Two mornings later while doing yard work, I noticed both front center caps were missing. The store couldn't find them and ordered replacements from the local RAM dealership. In all my years of tire changes, I've never encountered a less professional bunch of lollygaggers. This is the second horrible experience I've had with this store. I wouldn't go back there for all the whiskey in Ireland.

Got me in and out pretty fast when I stopped in to get a tire patched. Also changed my burnt out tail light for a decent price.

Fail state inspection for damp rear shock. Replaced parts and got charge for re inspection.
Also Safety Sticker was apply crooked. Is an eye sore.

Took my car in after a buddy told me my master cylinder was bad told them this day one.. the brake lines were busted so they had to replace them and then they had to replace my calipers because the were rusted.. all of this work being done is totalling up to 2 thousand dollars and they've had the car for a month and still not done with it and THEN TODAY I get a call that it is infact my master cylinder and that they have to replace it.... this is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I was told an expected finish date 3 separate times and they didn't hold true to it.. customer service is the absolute worst. And for the last month I've spent almost 500 on a rental on top of it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Also had to take my car to a different ship because they didn't put the cap on the coolant reservoir and it bubbled all out over my engine. Buddy got back to me and 2 of the brake lines the replaced are leaking and they bent the shield on the back of my rotor so now it's gouged and needs replaced. Seriously consider these things before taking your car here.

I remember being a broke college student these guys took my car apart then refused to put it back together. Holding my car hostage for $1200. They quickly changed their tune when I advised them that the practice was illegal and I will be calling the state police. The wheel barring was shot on one side that was the only thing wrong I just didn't have money for the repair. So being as strapped for cash as I was I told them I'd pay for the diagnostic work but couldn't afford an inflated price to replace a wheel baring. They stood their ground on leaving me without a car. "I'm not putting this wheel back on it stays on the lift" they did it for free when I mentioned the police which was funny. The robinson location has much more talent and honesty when it comes to this stuff pay the tow truck driver a little extra to take ya there.
