I want to start by saying that I would never intentionally bash a business, but I feel so defeated at this point. On November 5 my son‘s car blew a hose and coolant went everywhere. I had the vehicle towed to this company November 6. I was told it was a hose And they would replace it. I pretty much got the runaround until November 18. The young man called me and said when they took it for a test drive The engine blew. He also stated he wasn’t sure if they topped the coolant off! Mind you when the hose was blown coolant went everywhere. So basically they replaced the hose and they didn’t put coolant in the car and they test drove it to where it blew. I had the vehicle towed back to Ohio and the mechanic that has always worked on the car said whoever had your car blew your engine. Even the owner of Rusty hook towing said that. So here I am a single mother widow with a son in college with no car now. There’s no way I would ever be able to prove this, but I know what I know. The reason we took the vehicle there was we were told they were honest. Why would it take 13 days to realize an engine was blown if you didn’t blow it? I don’t know what to believe. What I do know is I spent $12,000 on that vehicle and and now I have nothing except a son with no car in Pittsburgh 81 miles away from home. I’m so sad 😞

Excellent service got stranded on the belt way went to all tire shops in the area nobody had or couldn't find my size tire.. but at good year tire they made a couple calls and withing an hour they had me out the door they where even kind enough too give a ride back to my truck highly recommended thanks again Good Year Tire

My first impression is very good. The staff seem to be knowledgeable and care about giving customers good advice, and good value. I believe they helped me choose a better set of tires for my application than I would have picked on my own. They also resolved a problem with my TPMS that other shops failed to fix, and which a dealership told me could only be done by a Toyota service center, where they would have charged me four times as much. So I'm very happy with the service I received from Ryan Automotive. Thanks very much! : -)

Used to be a fan. NEVER AGAIN. The tire of mine was defective but they would not replace it. But Goodrich and Firestone also sell tires.

I had my car checked out here, I had a leak in my back tire and needed them both replaced. Dropped my car off. When I went back, they told me it was done and I payed. I went out to get my car and the same tires were on as when I dropped off my car.... If I was an elderly person or less observant I wouldn't have noticed and would have been screwed out of a decent amount of cash, and I would've still had bad tires. They quickly fixed the issue and placed the new tires on, but I won't be coming back after that.

Ryans Good year automotive is the best! Terry and the staff are friendly, helpful, honest, and accommodating. We take all 4 of our family vehicles there and we are never disappointed.
