My husband and I have been using H&R Block since our marriage in 1980. We have been completely satisfied always. Incredibly reliable and superior customer service. Best bang for our buck! Worth every penny as we know are taxes are done correctly.

DO NOT LET JANICE TOUCH YOUR TAXES.Our tax preparer was not skilled in using their software to file taxes - having to correct her on many critical errors. Then she was doing incorrect math on our school taxes that split since our move. Finally she told us not even an hour into our visit that she had to leave for another arrangement. We’re very disappointed in the incompetence and glad we took our things to go home. We were afraid we’d have the IRS chasing us after all those errors.Update: I made an online appointment with a different tax analyst, and when I showed up, I was told he doesn’t work at this branch, but did confirm that I had an appointment for this location with him. I left my documents with the office to go to him. I specifically requested that Janice not touch my papers. When I came to pick up my documents, I found that my folder was empty but with scratch paper in Janice’s writing off our incomes like she was trying to figure out our local taxes again. I called the office when I discovered this, Janice answered, asked me “oh, the purple folder?” Like it was right in front of her.This is now a branch problem because i very clearly requested she not come close to my documents.

Called to get taxes done lady was completely rude will never take my service there again been with them for several years and this is the second year in a row was treated unfairly wake up hr block your reps should treat people nice and not with an attitude but it's okay I'll take my taxes to someplace where respected?
