I Had gotten what we thought was a concusion luckily it wasnt i just got thrown around and a little loopy from the hit and we went to the emergency room here the wait times were small and the staff were amazing some more serious than others in a good way and some were very nixe to be around i couldnt say i had fun due to i was in the emergency room but i can say that the staff were great and quick to action.
Thank you upmc for the care you have given us pennsylvanians

Wouldn’t trust them if they were the only place around. Thank you to your doctor who saw me maybe two minutes. I ended up in the emergency room because I was septic. Nurses just wanna get paid and go home. Save your time to your PCP or ER

I was seen immediately. I was having chills and aches and they looked around and found a blanket. They don't usually keep blankets in stock anymore but found one for me which I desperately needed and appreciated. They did aa many tests as they could and it turned out that I needed to go to the ER for further testing. They let me take the blanket with me. Everyone was so kind, getting me hot tea and showing genuine concern for my situation. I recommend this facility!

Great experience!! Short wait time and the doctor really took his time, listened to me, and taught me about the reasons for my illness. Dr. Morreale is so smart and kind. I will definitely return when I need urgent care.

Provider very unprofessional and rude. Asked us to wait after examination, and never came back to get us. I had to walk out and ask what happens next after waiting for 20 awkward minutes.
They never actually confirmed anything for us. Complete waste of time and money.

The wait was long but completely understandable given the transition. The Dr. on call was so good to me, instantly lifted my spirits when he walked in the room, and made a good deductive diagnosis as I am already feeling much better from where I was yesterday.

Horrible!! All of these locations are getting ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment and still waited over 40 mins to be taken back. They turned a guy away who NEEDED stitches. You're better off finding a PCP
