Bought my first brand new Hyundai Elantra N Line, and I couldn’t have been happier. Rudy was a great guy, he took his time and made this a seamless purchase for myself, from the test drive to my trade in, I did not spend all day there I am so happy about that.. I was not disappointed. I have been to other dealerships for my older car when purchased and everyone wanted to play games, not here, straight up customer service is amazing. I’ve now had the car for two months and I’m still happy with the customer service and my car. No issues!!! I recommend Rudy to everyone I know! Let’s face it, no one likes to have to buy a car but I did not mind this time!!! Thanks Moon Hyundai!

I bought a new Elantra here in September of 2022. From the very start, Emily was fantastic. I'm 42 years old, and have bought several cars throughout my life, and this was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had. A few weeks after buying my car, they scheduled me for the paint and wheel protection which was quick, efficient, and made the car look beautiful. It's been one year, and Emily has followed up consistently throughout the year, answering any questions I have had.Today I brought my car in for yearly inspection. It was finished within an hour, including a car wash. I didn't get the name of the woman who was in charge of the service Dept. but she was exceptionally friendly, professional and informative. I wanted to wait a year from my purchase to get a true feel of what this dealership would be all about before writing a review. I'm glad to say the experience has only gotten better the longer I've owned my car.

Sales is great! But their service department is a joke! No sense in scheduling a Appt they don’t follow it, can’t ever get a hold of anyone or you constantly keep getting hung up on. My car was dropped off last night for a 8am oil change and I haven’t heard anything from them left numerous messages this service department is a joke!

Again can not apologize enough for blaming the wrong dealership. This dealership not only reached out but also helped me after I wrongly accused them. Rudy Zetts is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend his exceptional customer service!!! EDIT. Omg. So sorry. He works for the power of Bowser. My biggest apologies!!! Ten stars for this store reaching out to me immediately about my complaint Note to self when upset please make sure your complaining to the right people !This stores sale manager Chad Sky is the most rudest person I have ever had contact with. He was ignorant and prolonged my service on my vehicle for months.

Moon Twp Hyundai is terrible about not getting back to someone. I purchased a new 2024 Santa Cruz. First... after calling and leaving a message with the title clerk about my title not being at my bank for 5 weeks.... crickets. I called 2 more times and it went to voicemail again. I called back and spoke with reception who called the title clerk and told me she never got a message from me. I left a message!!! I was told to leave another message. I did..... no return call. I tried the salesman who sold me the vehicle... left a message.....crickets again!!! I called and spoke with reception again, and was transferred to a Brenna. I left a message..... crickets and no call back again!!!! I also left 3 messages for the detailing department to call me regarding a question I had for them about the care of my new vehicle. NO CALL BACK EITHER. Its terrible. They get your money and you NEVER hear from anyone again.I should have purchased my vehicle at Straub in Wheeling, WV. My brother in law bought the same vehicle I did from them but in green. They have called him 5 times since his purchase date of August 31st, 2024. I will be taking it to Straub for services. If Moon Township Hyundai treats all their customers this way I won't even take my vehicle there for service. TERRIBLE!!!!!Well... I received an email from the owner on 10/12/23. He wanted to speak to me regarding my review of his business. I called and asked to speak with him on Thursday, I left a message. Guess what??? NO RETURN CALL EITHER. This place is a joke!!!! I don't know how they are still in business if they do not return calls.

Thank you so much you guys!! Anthony and Marlena are so kind and without a doubt the friendliest and most knowledgeable dealership I have ever been too and trust me I have been to ALOT of car dealerships! This is the best dealership that anybody in the area could possibly go to!!! I highly recommend going to see Anthony and Marlena!!! They are always amazing and everything is so clean you can tell how much they care at this dealership about their customers! They have both helped me and helped so many people that I know now with getting amazing deals on beautiful brand new cars!! The selection of cars and the prices are the best around the Western Pennsylvania area. Best customer service in the area 100% guarantee that you will not regret meeting Anthony and Marlena they are probably the managers and if not they should definently be promoted!!! The nicest I have ever been treated by a dealership hands down!!! I'll see you guys in the future and will be letting people know that if they need a car then they need to go and see you both!! I would give zero stars if possible. This establishment is UNTRUSTWORTHY and they will rip you off. They are DISHONEST and will get by helping in the BARE MINIMUM. Service was very RUDE and LIED to us. LAURA in service is very rude, ignored me and lied to me. I will never go back. In one situation, they said my car needed things that were not necessary. I had another mechanic tell me otherwise. In one case, I had 2 mechanics tell me otherwise. They will rip you off!! My car needed fixed and was under warranty. - they drug their feet until my warranty was about up. Issue still isn't resolved.

Do not go to the dealer ship! You will be given plenty of reason to turn around when it comes to upselling you 1200 in tires, $45 per wiper blade and a 5 hour wait to be told you need new tires just to still have an issue. Not worth your time I’ll be going to Wexford

Honestly no one likes to buy a car. Facts are facts with that one! This time I was amazed the seamless experience I had. Usually you end up all day at dealership I feel like in the past, this time though was an well oiled machine. Starting from meeting Rudy who was great, the trade in, and finally to the purchase. Everyone was very friendly. I'm so glad I chose Hyundai over going back to a Nissan dealership. Thank you for making this an easy process for us!!! Thank you I love the car!!! Rudy you were great, taking that extra time to show me all my new tech in the car really helped me out since a lot has changed since 2013!!!

As far as the sales people go I have nothing but nice things to say about Emily! She was great! On another note the service department people never answer the phone. When you do leave a message they rarely call you back. Dropped car off on Monday and they stated i would hear back from them the next day. Tried calling them and was just just given the run around and put on hold. Service department people at Hyundai are a joke and rude.

Very bad service at this Hyundai dealer. First of all, they don't answer their phones or return voicemails. If you can't communicate with your customers, this should be a sign to stay away. They inspected the vehicle and recommended a few things but we decided we would wait on those items. Then when we picked up the vehicle, they didn't pass the inspection. All the sudden, these "recommended" items were now "required". I won't rattle on, but I can't recommend this place. Poor management, poor communication, and desk employees that are not knowledgeable about vehicles / service procedures.

DO NOT BUY A NEW HYUNDAI! I have been a Hyundai owner since before 2010. My last 3 Tucsons were problematic. The one I purchased used in 2015 or 2016 had an engine issue. Of course that wasn't covered by the warranty (over 60k miles). Traded it in for another around 2017. A little over 60K miles, engine issues. Luckily I bought that one new so it was still under warranty. We still have that car. BUT, before the engine went on the 2017, I bought another Tuscon. I've had it a year - approximately 15K miles - it needed new rotors already. AND the notifications won't stop beeping (it's been over a month). The dealership can't fix it. I was told to download new software. Couldn't get that to work. They (the online Hyundai Rep) told me to order the software - it's not available until July 31st. And I have to pay for it - Yup $25!!! Worst part, I can't be sure if the software will fix the issue. I'm not an IT Tech. I am not even comfortable "playing" with the software. I call my best friend. Guess what, her household recently purchased 2 new Hyundai. And they too are having issues.

After finding an issue with my car’s engine, I had a really hard time finding a dealer that would service my car. I was basically getting the runaround from everyone I talked to. An auto body shop in my area recommended Moon Hyundai.It was a complete 180 from the customer service I experienced with the other dealer. Ruth was straightforward, kind, and always got back to me.Thank you to Ruth and the service team! I’ll definitely be coming back.
